My Wife telling we cheated her & her family, when we given Marriage Bio Data Fact was we given Print Bio Data to Marriage Mediator, But girls family had received manual Bio Data which was Hand Written. when one issue happen this topic came then all elders & that mediator are there, then we asked that mediator what type of Bio Data we given to her then she told Print Bio Data, then she told that Bio Data was at her Son In Law, she contact her son in law through Mobile phone to tell Bio Data Details, here she (mediator) was illiterate she given mobile to her husband to write Bio Data details in white paper, at that time he was in Drunk stage. He wrote birth of year as 1984 instead of 1980. Before marriage They never pointed or cross checked us about Date of Birth. After 4 months of marriage girl and her people bring this topice to us. Now she was telling she lost her LIFE and we cheated her. my birth of year was 1980 there is a gap of 13yrs between us. she and her family pointing me in every issue.

THERE IS A COCONUT TREE IN MY NEIGHBOURING SOCIETY. ONE COCONUT FELL ON MY CAR WHICH HAS DAMAGED MY CAR EXTENSIVELY. CAR WAS PARKED INSIDE MY COMPOUND . CAN I CLAIM THE DAMAGES FROM THE OWNER OF THE NEIGHBOURING PROPERTY WHO OWNS THE TREE? IF YES THEN HOW?

I was involved in a bike & care accident. The other car driver came in the wrong direction (Service road). I got major injuries on my right leg . Now the other person had filed a case against me & he don't have valid insurance.
1. In service road can be used two way
2.I don't no it is my mistake or that care driver mistake

I was working in a central government department for 6 years. Then i resigned and joined in state government service and served for 24 years. On my superannuation, how to merge the above said two services for my pensionery benefits. Kindly enlighten me with relevant act and rules and also relevant judgements.

I have resigned from my previous organisation without serving any notice period after working there for 4 months. Whereas my contract says that I need to serve 3 months notice. Now my previous employer has sent an email stating that I need to pay in lieu my notice period as stated in my appointment letter.
Is there any legal consequences? Can my previous employer enforce the clause mentioned in the appointment letter and I have to pay the money as mentioned in the email? I dont want the reliving letter or experience letter from that organisation as I have worked there only for 4 months.

Meaning of 'posting against a vacancy'
Dear Sirs,
I have been deputed from State Government office to Central Government Autonomous organisation.
In this new organisation, i have been posted 'against an existing vacancy'. What does this mean?
Do am I entitled for all the perks and privileges for this existing vacancy.
This is one higher post than the post I discharged in Parent department of State Government.
Please clarify.
