How to calculate goodwill of partnership firm ? can any one provide me judgements of goodwill of firm as intangible assets and treatment of goodwill in books of accounts ? (my question is related with partnership firm 30 years old). Best regards.

Our house and land is in the name of father.
(Both father and mother expired.) I have
two sisters and they are willing and ready to transfer their share in my name. The problem is that both of them had surrendered
their Indian citizenship and accepted US citizenship.Under this circumstances, how can
I register the property without them? Please
give the necessary legal advise.

As I have experienced that PIO/APIO offices resist and even deny taking RTI applications because they are well aware that RTI applications are Bombshells which can destroy their own falsehoods,wrong doings and irresponsible behavior.What do you suggest ?

I am to present replies of some RTI applications in a court after 2 months,but after 35 days the reply which I got from Public information officer is not a proper one. Now I am to file appeal to the first appellate.Of course I may inform the court about my RTI application and try to get a continuance but do not you think that 35 days is a very long period for responding RTI's applications ? When they can respond in emergency within 48 hours,why they are taking so many days in general cases? Is not this time gap of 35 days too much?

My wife is showing some signs of mental disorders over the last one year. We have been married for five years. 1. she is either in the state of grandeur or depressed.2. She is not working but keeps plundering my hard earned money.3. she is shopaholic and buys very expensive items much beyond i can afford or even think..4. she demands the money on a gun point, if not given, threatens to leave me or commit suicide 4. She keeps harassing me all the time on very trivial domestic matters and calling the local police and complain against me. 5.Lalely she is threatening to commit suicide and poison my children.. 6.She has made my life a hell in my own house over the last one year.Is it possible to file a criminal suit against her threatening to kill my children and committing suicide in my house?. Which section of IPC can be invoked in this case. Any other appropriate action ? Kindly advice.

my company has stopped sending my salary for the past 3 months for no apparant reasons & suddenly without notice they have served a termination letter on me.Kindly advice as to the legal course of action that can be taken up to release my dues.

I BEEN TO MUMBAI DISTRICT FEDERATION AT FORT TO FETCH FLAT TRANSFER FORMS. THEY GAVE ME A BUNCH AND SAID NOW THIS IS ALL THAT IS REQUIRED. BUT THE C.H.S THAT I RESIDE AT, IS ASKING ME FOR MORE FORMS THAT IS OBSOLETE {FORM 5} AND OTHER, AS PER MUMBAI DISTRICT FEDERATION. IT HAS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE I AM AFTER THIS ISSUE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO RESOLVE THIS.
