registration with bar council

Dear sir,

I have cleared LLB (Final) this month (June2010).
I want to enrol with bar council of Delhi.
I have heard that one exam is required to be given for this.
But i have been further told that this exam will be mandatory from sept 2010 onwards.
Does this mean that i can register before that with out giving exam?
And will this exam thing remain in force for all states if not then can i alternately register from ghaziabad?/
Is it easier ??/
Pl.advice
Please note that I'm 45 yrs of age and I am having sufficient court experience.

Thanks

Rishi

How can I over ride the Employment Agreement.

I was employed in a company and was executed an Agreement of Contract stating that I should work for a period of 5 years etc., terms and conditions. But after a period of 2 ½ years, I got a good opportunity in a MNC. I informed the same to my company, but the company insisting me to pay liquidated damages as per the clause, as mentioned in the said agreement. I requested the company to pay the said amount on monthly basis; accordingly I have given post-dated cheques for the said sum.

Since my financial position is not permitted to pay the monthly installments, 5 monthly cheques were returned and thus the company has filed five individual Cheques bounce cases against me.

In this (1) how I could avoid to face such cases and such damages. (2) how can I override the above said Agreement of Contract. Plz. Clarify me in detail.

Section 138 ( Address related)

Dear Sir,

I posted three registered letter to party A as legal notice of lawyer for bouncing of cheque. As I personally posted letter from post office so I wrote name of my lawyer on letter but wrote my residential address. The two letters returned to me as not accepted by party A but third letter sent on company`s name did not return. The acknowledgement also did not come. I hope the third letter has been delivered to party A.

(1) Can It will effect on my case and make it weak as I wrote name of lawyer but address of my residence on letter ?

(2) I have sent application to post office for sending me prrof for delivering of third letter which has not returned to me ?

(3) In case, if takes time to send proof by post office for delivering of letter, CAN I FILE THE CASE IN COURT AND WHEN I WILL GET PROOF I WILL SHOW IT IN THE COURT. I have receipts of all three registered letter and two returned registered letters with postman remarks.
