Hi,
I have a friend who only finished his 12th. He used to work as office boy but got involved in a cheating case. Although he is not guilty, he got framed by some people & because of poverty, he could not fight & win the legal case. He got convicted for 2 years normal imprisonment. He completed his sentence & is now free. He is trying to find a job. But everyone who knows him are reluctant to give him a job.
Is there any legal policy which prevents convicts from getting job? Would appreciate any help regarding this issue.

We are based in Meerut and we belong to Sirsa, Haryana.
We have 100's of acres of land in Sirsa which has been taken over by other people due to mismanagement and negligence of our elders.
We would like to know whether or not we can retrieve some , if not all the land by the help of an expert? Also which is the best way to go about it.
We have all original/verified documents.

1)Difference between authority, administrative authority, & adjucatory authority (With the meaning & examples)because while reading the law books these name come many a times so i dont known actually the difference betwee them & the powers they have.
2)I have heard that decree means the cost of the case & the party who has to pay the other party if the court has order any compensation & nothing else is there under the decree. but the judgement is other page which is called the judgement. So pls any body can send me 2 or 3 copy of the decree i PDF format so i can come to known the actually difference between the judgment & decree. Becasue i have heard that decree gives the INFO of only cost relative & the judgement copy gives the only judgment text & nothing else.
Thanks In adavnce.
