I have a question related to fins & deduction. I working as P&A in a security firm. Some times our guards made mistake like : run form post without any application & information to his superior. Some times misbehaved by them. When my managment going to put some plenlty on them our client stop this.
So my question is that " Is client has power to intrupt within orgazation rule and proccedure" Because it is total loss of main employer. But during compliance client , whetever be fine or deduction must be ask by them.

Sir/s,
Is it right that succession certificate is required only for movables, like bank deposits etc.., where as for landed properties the requirements are differant
A perfect transfer
We have a welfare society. I wish to give a piece of land to the society. I want the land to go with the society without any problem in the years to come. As some of the members are not good minded, problem may come to the land. The land should not be allowed to be sold/ mortgaged/rented and avoid the misuse or loss. Kindly tell me how the property should be transferred to the society so that no change of title/misuse can be done by any body.
