I wish to have glossary of words or sentences formations to counter a civil appeal filed in the Supreme court of India. Even though the counter is prepared it lacks the vocabulary of legal terms and words to be used to impress my point of view Any help

How can closed written statement of defandant,while he couldn't file it in prescribed period 90 days ?

Amendment beyond the scope of an Agreement for Sale is not permissible as no party can go behind an agreement and modify it,once concluded!

1) The name First Class Magistrate , Second Why this name's are be given only to the magistrate & The words First & second class means what whether they have secured good marks in the exams to become a magistrate or something like that pls explain me.
2) Pls explain me the meaning & difference between overriding clause, effect ,nothwithstanding & without prejudice.

Sir,
I am working in Customs Department under ST quota. My ST certificate is being sent for verification at State govt. authorities. Their preliminary verification, my certificate finds under cloud. i approach high court and got stay order. Till date my certificate is not cancelled by District collector. In the mean time, CBEC directed to the head of department that we could not be posted to the sensitive places of posting. is the decision taken by the department is correct? i am genuine. i will prove my genuines in court. can i approach court for lifting the ban to place the sensitive posting. please guide me.

R/Experts In my case of petty offence (279/337 IPC),eye witness has already been turned hostile and remaining witnesses are not coming in the court despite 19 opportunities of prosecution evidence,i prayed to court for closing the evidence or in alternative grant last opportunity to prosecution to lead its evidence,but magistrate is isting for confession,otherwise giving threatning to harass the accused for a period of minimum 2 years in case prosecution failed to produce witnesses.I want to move before sessions court for direction for closing the p/evidence after granting last opportunity to prosecution,under which provision i can do so,kindly help,its very urgent,because magistrate behaviour towards the advocates is not good,almost every litigant and lawyer is suffering same problem,solution of this problem will be a lesson for unfair magistrate who thinks himself as the supreme power of judicial system.

my mother is the elder daughter of first wife but her mother was expired when she was 7years old.she was illiterate.my mother was married and she want share in the property. Is there any possibility to get share in the property.

High Court Larger Bench.
Single bench decision of the HC of the same state has got binding effect than larger bench decision of HC of different state.(meaning of larger bench decision ) Also pls comments on the above mentioned topic if possible with the section s& case laws.
