Appointed auditor has given us notice for recovery of pending dues of 2 years within 15 days. My brother and I are jobless and we don't have enough funds to pay society dues as our mother age 69 is ill. Society is well aware about this condition. Whatever limited funds are there we are using for her medication and to survive on daily basis. In the notice it is mentioned that if we don't pay the said amount in 15 days then appointed auditor will apply to registrar under act 1960 sec 101. Ten days have completed. Can the society dues be write off as we are unable to pay? And what action will be taken after 15 days? What should I do to stop this action? Please help

Hi Sir/Madam,
I got cheated from my landlord for 10 Lakh rupees. When I went to Police Station to log an FIR on landlord, without any reason police rejected to file a case of landlord. So, I decided to approach a lawyer and log a PCR. It has been six months I went and approached court and logged PCR. By that time respected Judge sir put a date that is after 10 days and told that PCR will be dispatched in 10 days. It has been 6 months till now, I am hearing from my lawyer that Judge is postponing the date of PCR getting dispatched and we have to wait for that.
My question is:
Once the PCR is logged, will Judge change the dispatching date of PCR. If yes, then how PCR will be postponed without dispatch and issue summons to landlord.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. I, Ms.Dhanyapriya is residing alone in the above mentioned address.
2. I am a legal divorcee
3. A1 and I worked together as a software engineer in from June 2017 to May 2018.
4. A1 approached me at our office and proposed for love and marriage. And we were in love from Dec 2017.
5. A1 and I got married at 02.04.18 in a simple way at my house with the presence of our colleagues and friends. We lived in the above mentioned my house at from April 2018 to June 2018.
6. We have not registered our marriage. Whenever I request A1 to register our marriage he kept postponing the in the pretext of getting approval from his parents.
7. He enjoyed all the matrimonial celebrations and benefits at home with me.
8. A1 has requested rupees One lakh to provide to his friend A2 for his urgent personal needs. He took me to to meet his friend A2 and provide the amount Rs. One lakh to him. Both promised that they will return it in 2 months.
9. Also A1 has taken 2 lakhs rupees from me for his financial needs to support his sisters delivery.
11. Whenever I requested to register our marriage lawfully, A1 refused saying that he can speak after his sister A3’ child delivery to get the consent of their family members.
12. On my prolonging request to register our marriage and to bring it to the limelight of his family, he left the house and went to live with his friend A2.
17. His uncle demanded me that I have to provide my previous divorce decree details to them and to leave my job, if I want to get married to A1.
18. Also they demanded me to buy a new house at their home town to settle down there. if I want to get married to A1.
13. On October ’18 his uncle spoke in filthy languages during the conversation to solve this issue. also threatened that he will kill me
14. His sister A4 spoke to me asking me to get separated from him. She also stated that they are looking for an alliance for his marriage.
15.A4 spoke to me saying that they have arranged for a girl from his hometown, for the purpose of marrying to A1.
16. A4 said that A1 has agreed to marry the girl which their family prefers for him.

Sir,
A society registered under Societies Registration Act, assessed as AOP society has been filing ITR 5 returns paying tax on the surplus. The society is running a degree college and getting grants from the Government and not covered U/s. 10(23)(C ) and also No 12A Registration. A Gift is made by the Governing Body members to the society during May 2017 and as such, the case on the face of it falls within the ambit of Section 56(2)(x). Kindly advise if the situation is otherwise

Sir mera june 2016 FCI me slection hua tha. Jiska offer letter mere paas july 2016 me aaya tha jiske anusar mujhe 08.08.2016 tk FCI regional office Lucknow me join karna tha iske baad meri mail ID pe bhi ek reminder 22.09.2016 ko aaya jiske anusar mujhe 15 din ka time diya. But us samay mai Maharashtra me job kr rha tha to mene FCI me join nhi kiya tha. Ab mai apni is noukari se preshan ho gya hun kyunki mai UP ka rahne wala hu aur isme transfer promotion nhi ho rha. Hlanki mene esi October 2018 me FCI Lucknow me mail ki thi jisme mene bola tha ki mujhe offer letter ka time pe pta nhi lga kyunki mai bahar rahta hu. But uska koi reply nhi aaya to mene call kiya jisme AGM Lucknow ne join krane se mna kr diya ve bole ki time jada ho gya hai ab kuch nhi ho sakta kyunki mere baad 5 waiting list nikal chuki thi. Fir mai FCI zonal office noida me gya vebhi yahi baat bole. Filhal mene zonal office Noida me mail kr diya tha ki bahar rahne ki wajah se mai joining k baare me jaan na ska aur letter ghr pr meri maa ne liya tha aur wo btana bhul gyi Kya mujhe FCI me joining mil sakti hai, agr haan to please procedure btaye Advance Thanks.

SIR OUR HOUSING SOCIETY IN PANVEL RAIGAD DISRICT WAS FORMED IN THE YEAR DECEMBER 2016 BY THE DEVELOPER. HOWEVER UNTILL 2 YEARS THE SECRETARY DID NOT CALL FOR AGM. AFTER LOT OF DELIBERATION HE CALLED FOR AGM. HE DID NOT ISSUE ANY CIRCULAR BUT SENT A MESSAGE ON WHATSAPP. THERE WAS NO AGENDA N MEETIG WAS HELD ALONG WITH THEIR OW GROUP WITHOUT ANY COCLUSIVE DISCUSSION. THE MEMBERS WERE NOT GIVEN ANY DOCS SUCH AS AGENDA, ACTS, AUDIT REPORT, PREVIOUS YEAR AGM MEETING COPY SUCH AS. ONE OF THEIR OWN MANAGED AUDITOR WAS PRESENT FOR THE MEETING WHO GAVE ALL WRONG INFO TO THE MEMBERS THAT IF THE MATER IS TAKEN TO COURT OR REGISTRAR THEN NOBODY WOULD BE ABLE TO SELL OR PURCHASE THE FLAT. THERE IS LOT OF ILLEGALITIES IN THE SOCY ACTS AD EXPENSES. HE CHAIRMAN HAS PENT 50000 AND HE SAYS HE DOESNT HAVE ANY BILLS OR VOUCHERS. ******WHEN I INFORMED THE SECRETARY THAT IS COMPULSORY TO GIVE A COPY OF THE DOCS TO EACH MEMBER HE JUST IGNORED IT. NOW AFTER A MONTH OR SO ONCE AGAIN I REQUESTED HIM. HE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE . THEN HS SAID HE WILL GIVE IT ONE OF THE MEMBERS. THE NEXT DAY I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE DOCS HE BECAME VIOLENT AND STARTED HUMILIATING ME AND USED UNCIVILIED AND THREAENING AND RESENTING LANGUAGE WHILE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS VOI8CE. HE WARNED ME THAT HENCE FORTH I SHOULD NOT CALL HIM NOR MESSAGE HIM. THEY HAVE A GROUP OF 10 YOUNGSTERES WHO ARE WORKING FOR HPCL SO THEY ARE SUPPORTING HIM AND NOT RAISING ANY OBJECTIONS OR QUESTIONS AGAINST HIM. THEY ARE ALWAYS SUPPORTING HIM. ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT THEY HAVE A DRINK PARTY EITHER ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE WATCHMAN ROOM. PLEASE ADVICE WHICH IS THE PROPER AGENCY I SHOULD APPROACH FOR RELIEF FOR ALL THESE HARRASSMENT AND MENTAL TORTURE.
