A married woman (not divorced) having a child of 5 year has filed a FIR against my friend under section 376 and 417 IPC. She has written on the FIR that my friend on promising of marriage had sexual intercourse with her. Does he is guilty under ipc?

Dear Sir,
My wife filed 498a, Female foeticide, DV case against me and my family on feb'18 FIR got registered in March'18. All of the family members were called upon to the Police Station. We submitted all the proofs. After the meeting held under the ASP with the girl family and my family together, where I proved how she is lying by providing medical documents, train tickets and other documents.
Police has just submitted the Final Report in the court and shown that due to lack of evidence no family members including me primary has not been charge sheet-ed. Final decision from court yet to be received. However, we have come to know that court has asked the petitioner to come before the chief magistrate for any protest but no one from my parents in law family turned up in the first date. Now, they have filed the protest petition.
Please let me know the next step. Can I go for Quashing the same at High court.

As a part of partition suite my lawyer took two blank signatures in two green colour papers for some additional petition filing. Since one of my opponent affidavit was passed away to remove her name my lawyer requested this petition and signature. Is it possible to misuse this blank signature in empty green paper. While signing there is no stamp or any wordings. Do I need to take any precautions for the same?. Kindly advice me.

Dear Sir,
I Mr. Vikram Chavan, served in Border Security Force (BSF) for 12 years and resigned from service. After accepting my resignation by Authority, I applied for Gratuity of 12 years service in Border Security Force vide Payment of Gratuity Act 1972; but they denied, as stating that, No Gratuity is applicable on resignation in BSF. Hence it is requested to kindly guide me take action on this & as the citizen of India and as member of BSF payment of Gratuity Act 1972 is applicable to me or not. if applicable, how could I get gratuity from BSF.

Respected sir,
We got divorced as per muslim personal law in sep 2017, certificate is also recieved from the muslim board.
I remarried in November 2018. I have some bank loan also.
After the divorce she has filed cases challenging the divorce, conjugal rights, dowry harassment, dvc and maintenance.
She is well qualified with MSC bio chemistry and purposely she is not doing any job in order to ask more maintenance from me.
My present salary is only 6000 per month. Whereas she is asking 90000 per month. Case is at the cross exam stage.
Pls guide me what to do as she is trying to create financial problems for me.

Dear Sir,
We live in Malad West & the building comes in Pagdi Systems, from the last 2 Months Landlord have taken the consent letter from all the 48 tenants & Landlord for redevelopment process accept 1 landlord.
Building has been declared not fit to stay & demolition notice has been issued as we have no option to stay until we get the rent.
i want to ask whether 1 landlord not acceptance can hold our redevelopment process.
what are the further procedure to complete the task.
