hi all,
we are challenging the judgement in sc to set aside the quash ordered in high court.
quash was ordered even before trial begins.
i want to include the appendix with to show that trials should be conducted . any specific cr.pc or any acts to show up here> ? kindly help

Sir one of my frind had old black and white voter id during last year he made colored voter id as campaign occur to make voter id in his area. He gave detail of him and got the new voter id. Now problem is that he had that black and white voter id with him too as blo asked him that it will automatically nullified as when new will issue.
But recently checked that his name appear in voter list with voter id no and new voter id no also.
What should he do if he approach to surrender the one voter id he is fearing that shouldn't he make in troubke that authority asked that why yu made two voterid and why u come so late?
If he go to surrender one voter id and removal of his name from voter list does it make any problem as authoirty tried to make a case why have two voter etc?? What to do??

My wife and I are joint owners of an apartment in Mira Road, Thane. The property is currently mortgaged with a financial institution as well.
Due to differences amongst us, we are planning to separate and file for a divorce by mutual consent. My wife is willing to leave the house to me, however I want to ensure that the property ownership is also transferred to me in entirety prior to our separation as a safety measure.
Based on the above details, I wish guidance on the below points:
1. What is the process and documentation requirements for the ownership to be transferred?
2. Do I need to initiate the discussion at registrar office or my Bank?
3. I have heard about Gift Deed and Relinquishment of property. Do any of these options make sense in my case?
4. What charges am I likely to incur in the process? Are stamp duty and registration charges applicable?
I want the process to be absolutely foolproof with no ambiguity. Kindly consider this element as well.

Respected Sirs/ Madam,
I took home loan from DHFL and currently paying my home loan EMI properly. I have given my land title deed to DHFL for obtaining the loan from them. Currently, I heard some speculated news going between DHFL and SBI. My doubt is whether it will create any problem for me? or my property? what can happen in the worst case?
Expert please advice me.

If I purchased an 9 seater car worth Rs 1000000 exclusive of GST. I have paid Rs. 1280000 for the same, which is inclusive of GST of Rs 280000. I gave the car to a government department (say Income tax dept./ or PWD) for it's officer's conveyance & travelling with a consideration of Rs. 30000 per month for a period of 2 years under a contract. The driver will be provided by me, however the cost of fuel will be borne by the service recipient. Now I want to know whether the ITC of Rs 280000, which I have paid on purchase of car will be available or not? i.e. whether this business will be treated as carrying of passengers or not as per the exceptions to the block list of ITC on moter vehicle with less than or equal to the 13 seats.

I want to get the 3 talak nama of my marriage. How to get that? Directly I can go and apply for it and how long will it take to get that documents? It's better I can move through advocate. I was searching advocates since September, 2017 in hosur. But I couldn't get.. Whoever I speaks they were saying positively after few days they can't do that.all the time it's getting delayed. Pls help me out to get 3 talak nama.

My wife and her 3 sister sign a release deed (Dastbardari nama) under family pressure, before their marriage in favor of their Cousin brothers in 2008. now we came to know that one of the younger sister of my wife was minor at the time of deed execution, can they challenge the deed now, as their uncle and his sons are not behaving well with them and even ask their mother to leave the home and she is living with us now, Kindly advise.
