I am from mumbai and i married a goan girl in 2017 and we might head for a divorce, our marriage was registered in goa.
Presently we stay in our parents house in mumbai, my wife is not working and I am salaried worker. No children
I have siblings one brother one sister
Since marriage is registered in goa which has uniform civil code, can my wife claim rights over my parents house in which we are currently staying.

hi,
i m taranjit puri from jalandhar. in 2016 i got married. no dispute with wife. but her family always presure to me and mother to make will on wife name.my wife is also short temper. in jan she committed suicide (with train) . her family lodge fir against me and my 71 years old mom. all false facts given in fir and no grounds of facts. in 2 years marriage no complaint or no fight between us . we put mom bail but rejected by district and session court. kindly suggest me what we do. they want compromise with us and demand 5 lacs.

I was working as an Assistant Professor in a private/unaided engineering college for 6 years (2012-2018).
Resigned and joined other organization. My resignation procedure has been done through proper method.
My question is am I eligible to claim gratuity from previous college?
Please suggest me the procedure according to law.

Dear Sir/Madam
I seek your advise on the below matter.
I was working for a German based company in Gurgaon since last 1.5 years. Since that time I earned 28 earn leaves(EL).
My notice period in the company was 1 month, I resigned form my position and got the EL approved to be taken during notice period. Now after a month at the time of Full and Final, company is informing me that if i take leave in notice period, they will deduct my salary and pay me nothing.
Explanation given by them for this matter is :-
1. if i take leave in notice period it will be considered as i am not serving that many days of notice period, so i have to pay the company for that many days
2. Since i took a paid leave for that days, so that makes us even and they will pay me nothing.
As an information: this was not informed to any employ of the company till now. THIS IS NOT WRITTEN IN EMPLOY HANDBOOK (Company policy) and also not mention anywhere in my appointment letter.
please suggest what should I do.

Dear Experts,
is is possible to get final decree without ex parte order? if spouse not attend the court.
affidavit made on 4th Jan for ex parte order, judge oral order that he took evidence evidence will be shown on next hearing.. if spouse and his lawyer both are not attend the court till last 4 month. in that case is it possible to get final decree without ex parte. if yes than which section will be apply

I am working in centralGovernment job and posted in rajasthan.
My homwtown is gaziabad uttar pradesh
I have made a caste certificate obc ncl for present job 2 year back.
Now i need a new obc certificate in updated format for a new upscale government job repscted sir my query is.
1)Which address should give in application form at the place of present address.
2)I dont want to give my job location address as present address its bit trasferaable job.
3)Can i use my home address in both present and permanent address column is it okay.

Is there a provision under the CrPC to "substitute" an accused with another accused?
In an instance if a person 'acting' as an officer of an industry is accused for an incident, then can he be substituted by another accused?

My Grandmother( Father's Mother) had some ancestral properties in her name. My grandmother has 2 son's ( Including my father). and no daughter.

Q1) So, who is the owner of the property now?
