Dear Sir,
I have resign my previous organization last October 2018. After complete my notice period one month. I have not received any confirmation letter from this organization after 9 months.
After complete all handover processes as per HR documentation & submitted to HR. But till date HR mail me without HOD meet with me they are not able to complete my full & final processes.
Please advice what to do.

Hi,
Need to understand how does the maintenance charges for club house works.
Currently the club house is not transferred to our society and in the agreement it is mentioned as ownership will be with builder
Our society has different dimensions of flats 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5.. due to which there is lot of debate on maintenance charges
Though we have adopted hybrid method of calculation, but there is still a debate of club house maintenance as bye laws there is no mention for club house charges and how it should be charged.
Our Provisional Management committee is asking to charge the club house maintenance divided by all flats equally. Need some expert opinion on how we can protest this and what are strong points we can keep on table for health debate.

I was arrested for crime which i have not done for case 324. I was then later given bail for the same in the police station. The complainant bymistakenly said yes to me because some similar face person hitted him. Later the complainant accepted that it was his mistake. He is ready to say in police station. But police is not ready to remove my name from the case . The are now filing chargesheet in the court. Now even i received some chapter case notice to appear in acp dcp office.
What should i do to get out from this. Kindly help. Please

Dear Sir,
I have received a letter from my builder/developer to pay VAT for the period before 2016 because Haryana government has sent a demand to the builder/developer.
The property was completed and delivered by the builder many years back. All the dues were cleared.
Property is already registered.
Is this demand for the builder/developer to bear or for the owners?

Plaintiff - leena.( female) repondant - manish(male).
Leena filed u/s 12-1a HMA 1955. Against respondent.
Judge order dissmiss.
After few days of dissmiss order leena received medical evidence of manish, in which she forgot to show the judge.
While review peitition in appelant court with additional medical evidence, is it possible for her to make a new amendments...for divorce.

Somebody has told me that we can file consumer case against railway if grp is unable to trace our lost bag in 6konths time which has costly items in it. Is it correct or not. My mother handbag had been theft last feb.at dakshin express and still grp has no clue about it. Please guide me that is it possible to file consumer case against railway as it is railway duty to provide security to passengers and their belongings.

When I tried for appeal, received the following objection for refile.
"SEPARATE CAUSE TITLE FOR ALL THE CASES IS REQUIRED TO BE GIVEN WITH STATUS BEFORE TRIAL COURT. "
I had already mentioned the lower court details in the petition. Kindly assist what more should be provided?
