during the divorce, the husband has hidden the assets in his family members names including the funds. before few months he applied the divorce and he claims in the court he does not have any assets or share on his name.
How to include his assets on his family members name to my kids

Hello Law experts.
If a plaintiff has lost his cases in previous courts and he filed an SLP in the supreme court and his Special leave petition is dismissed by Hon'ble Supreme court.
Q1) Can he file a new case now in any court now?
Q2 If the lower court accepts the case by ignoring the SLP, and the case is going on for 4 years. Can it be dismissed?

I had filled property related civil suit. There are 10 defendants. Notices are issued to them. 7 out of 10 received notice. Earlier it shows status as awaiting summons but now it shows status as "steps_unready". What does it mean

Respected Sir, MY name is Prashanth. My wife involved in un lawful activiities(to obtain false Certificates like Income certificate, Physically Handicap certificte etc.,) After coming to know that, I am being an Govt. Servant immediately started questioning about her illegal acts, she tried to commit suicide by hanging herself. I immediately with the help of neighbours broke open the door and admitted her to Hospital. I borne all the hospital expenses of Rs.5 lakhs. But hiding all these facts my in-laws filed a complaint in Police Station and the case is now in court trial u/s 498a, 504, 506ipc. Now my wife is 100% mentally ill.
To defend my self I gave complaint against my wife for having fake handicap certificate. Police writes to medical board and the board clearly gives in writing that she is not a handicap and she is 100% normal . That proved my case. But suddenly police says that since she is mentally ill, court will not accept chargesheet, hence they will file B report to court. But at the time obtaining handicap certificate she is mentally normal. Pl give me suggestions what would my next step to pressurise the police to file charge sheet

Dear Sir
One of my relative has purchased property for 54 lakh. The deal was finlised and notorised on 17th sep 2018 where in this notry 3 months period was tkaen to complete the contract. But the loan procedure was delayed and the agreement of sale is done on 5th Dec 2018 before 3 months of complition of the period mentioned in notry.
in this agreemtn the period to do the sales deed was 25th dec 2018. but in the search report of LIC there was one document required from the seller, which was not with him or in his bank from where he has taken loan. then LIC published notice on 21st dec 2018 asking people to reply within 15 days.
No one took objection LIC proceeded the loan file and issued a cheque in favour of sellers bank loan a/c on 14th Jan 2019. but the seller refused to do sales deed as he said that the deed is not completed in time period and it is buyers fault and asked to pay rs 100000 more and rent for 2 months as he said that he has taken another house for rent but he is living in the same property.
The buyer issued legal notice to him on 23rd ?Jan 2019 asking to complete the sales deed in 7 days. The seller deposited the security cheque on same date which was given by buyer. the cheque returned form the bank satting reason signature mismatch.
after that he agreed and the cheque from LIC is deposited into his bank loan account on 1st Feb 2019.
The cheque was cleared on 2nd Feb 2019. One 4th Feb 2019 the seller replied to the notice of seller refusing delay from his side and sated that he will file case of 138 aginest the buyer and not ready to do the sales deed.
Can he file the case of 138 as the payment is already done by LIC. Can the buyer complete the sales deed by court?
How much time it may take?
Can the byuer get penality charges form the seller?

सेंट्रल कर्मी (बैंक) का U/A. 226 CONSTIUTION OF INDIA के तहत केस जो की सस्पेंशन मेटर पर तहत दायर था याचिकाकर्ता के निधन के बाद उसके वारिसान जस्टिस के लिए उसे चालू रखा सकते है कयोकि निलंबन केवल ट्रांसफर मेटर पर हुआ था और वारिसान को न्याय चाहिए

I need to file a divorce based on cruelty and desertion, if they find a lack of evidence in one ground, can they dismiss the
divorce petition?
in other words, if I file divorce on two grounds and if one ground does not have enough evidence will that be dismissed and I have to file a new petition on one ground like Desertion or cruelty?

To get court direction to direct police to file an FIR, what kind of documents required?
I already took it to chief minister cell still they did not investigate but favored the opponent
My questions are
1) Do I need to refer to any judgments while asking for court direction? if so could you please recommend.
2) Is it better to apply at the lower court or at the higher court?
3) Do I need to be present there while filling the complaint at the court?
4) Does the court need my presence?
