A year ago, My lawyer had taken forty thousand fees from me for my case. I have paid him the said fees through online by net banking.He told me that he has filed my case in high court . when i asked him about my hearing date then he told me that in court your case is lying pending. your case is not a urgent case so it will take some time.i have audio proof of this conversation. Now I myself from my sources,I found that he is lying and my case has also not been filed by my advocate. Now my case has been time bared. He has cheated my Rs.40000 .My case also ended without filing it due to time bared . This only happened by this cheater advocate. I want to make a police complaint as well as bar counsil complaint. Kindly suggest me for the action. This is an attorney who is defaming your business.So do not think that we will not advise against a lawyer.I have great hope from you so please help to punish these type of lawyer.

Kindly advise on due course of RCR reply received from respondent, she has stated that she is willing to rejoin by the condition to leave apart the ailing parents and praying the Hon’ble court to dismiss the petition by stating false allegations on me.
Anyways im not going to join her by separate living nor have no intentions to rejoin after her ill-advised reply fore worded by the respondent’s counsel
Question:-
Would I be asked by Hon’ble court to rejoin by asking to go for separate living?
Can I go with filling of Divorce petition? On basis of cruelty by respondent of RCR by which she is asking for separate living away from old aged parents- referring to Supreme Court Judgement –notified dated 17th Sep 2017?
If I file divorce - will I be asked to reimburse her marriage expenses- which respondent primarily quoted as she have spent 18 lakhs on the course of wed lock in counter reply.
Will i get true justice by defaming the intention of respondent to exploit money?
Please I request experts to advise on this is for my inner clarity even though my counsel is representing me in the RCR Case.

I Have Taken DIN in 10th feb 2019. Does i Have to File DIN KYC on or before 30th april 2019 or not ?

Hi,
I myself used to practice as a lawyer, but due to brain haemorrhage around 10Years ago, I am sitting at home. My father died in year 2005, since now we didn't divided our shares, but yes all of our names are registered in property(home).Now as I have only girl child, I want to name all property to my adult girl child, but all are my brothers do not want to give me my shares as they think if I die they will occupy everything.
I am more than 60% disabled, now I am not in a condition to run here and there. Could you all please guide me what should I do?

I want to apply for govt jobs but My parents name mentioned in my 10 CBSE marksheet & certificate is R K Yadav & Suman Devi and in my 12 UP Board marksheet cum certificate, Graduation certificate, Voter ID, aadhar, PAN & Passport is Rajesh Kumar Yadav & Suman Yadav.
Sir/Ma'am, i want to know will this will be a problem and if then i request you to please suggest how can i correct this.

मैं नरेंद्रदेव मझवार, राष्ट्रीय शर्करा संस्थान कल्याणपुर कानपुर में तकनीकी सहायक के पद पर मार्च 1996 में संस्थान को सेवा देने के वास्ते जॉइन किया था मेरा इसी पद पर कंफर्मेशन का आदेश दिसंबर 2000 में कर दिया गया तथा मेरा प्रमोशन दिसंबर 2002 में वरिष्ठ तकनीकी सहायक के पद पर हो गया तत्पश्चात संघ लोक सेवा आयोग नई दिल्ली के द्वारा छपे राष्ट्रीय शर्करा संस्थान के विज्ञापन में कनिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी के पद पर मेरा चयन संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से हो गया जो कि आरक्षित श्रेणी का पद था मैंने दिनांक 1 फरवरी 2014 में कनिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी के पद पर ज्वाइन कर लिया यह पद परमानेंट प्रकृति का था जिस पर मात्र 1 वर्ष का परिवीक्षा काल वर्णित था इसी दौरान कुछ असामाजिक तत्वों ने मेरी जाति प्रकरण को लेकर फर्जी एवं झूठी शिकायतें करना चालू कर दिया शिकायतकर्ताओं से हमारे संस्थान के निदेशक की मिलीभगत हो गई और नतीजा यह हुआ कि हमको दिनांक 24.6.2016 को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया चूँकि शिकायतकर्ताऒं से निदेशक की मिलीभगत होने की वजह से उन्होंने हमारा नया कन्फर्मेशन ऑर्डर ढाई वर्ष तक नहीं निकाला बल्कि निदेशक ने स्वयं विभिन्न जिला स्तरीय अधिकारियों से अनुरोध करके हमारी बर्खास्तगी को कंफर्म करवा दिया मेरा संपूर्ण मामला जिला स्तरीय जाति प्रमाणिकरण समिति के समक्ष गया वहां से भी हमारा जाति प्रमाण पत्र निरस्त कर दिया गया तत्पश्चात संपूर्ण मामला कमिश्नर लखनऊ के कार्यालय में प्रदेश स्तरीय जाति प्रमाणिकरण समिति के समक्ष गया वहां से मेरी अपील अपील को स्वीकार करके जिला स्तरीय समिति का निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं कि प्रार्थी का जाति प्रमाण पत्र को कुछ बिंदुओं के तहत कंसीडर करके कंफर्म किया जावे इधर निदेशक ने हमारी बर्खास्तगी से खाली हुए पद को संघ लोक सेवा आयोग, नई दिल्ली के माध्यम से भर लिया गया है जब मेरा जाति प्रमाण पत्र सत्य व सही घोषित कर दिया गया है तो क्या मेरी जॉइनिंग राष्ट्रीय शर्करा संस्थान कल्याणपुर कानपुर में पहले की भांति संपूर्ण सुविधाओं सहित कनिष्ठ तकनीकी अधिकारी के पद पर हो सकती है अथवा नहीं

Dear sir/mam,i am working as a junior engineer in a central govt department.i has been awarded 7.5 by my boss for march 2017 to November 2017.then after his retirement my new boss assumed charge and he awarded me 5 marks i.e. below benchmark for getting promotion.he hadn't given me any memo or warning.i asked him after seeing the apar on apar management system. he told me he was not aware of the consequences of awarding me below benchmark. saying sorry and promising me to review it if it comes to him...ultimately he was playfull...suggest what should i do??? I am going to represent it...if it is not getting right should i go to cat for justice... kindly reply

In the above legal battle against my father's first cousin, the high court has rejected our plea to question or add another additional witness as the only alive witness has refused to identify or rather said he's not sure who's signed the will (Inc this case my father's uncle who's written the will in my father's name). Does that mean that the court will declare the will, which is a registered one invalid.
Incase the order comes against us, that's is the will is declared invalid, will there be any hope appealing to the high court against the order , . And as the will was in my father's name he's built a HSE on it, will they have to vacate the HSE and lose IV the money spent on it.
Experts pls help, we r having the orginal registered will document any yet but able to prove the authenticity Just coz the witness turned hostile
Secondly what r the precautions to be taken while making a will so that it's foolproof.. Coz we r having a tough time even though the orginal document with us and on the verge of losing our hse

Hello,
My father is a goverment employee. On 31 Jan all goverment employyes went on collective strike and gave leave application. But govt did not accept application and said "No work No pension" . My father is going to retire on 31 july 2019. will it affect his pension or gratuity?
But on 31 july my father also had a govt duty(in BLO) WHICH HE COMPLETED BUT GAVE application too.
My father is a uttarakhand state govt employee working in irrigation department.
pls guide...
