I married to my wife on 1st Mar 2008
God blessed us two sweet kids in 2010 and in 2012.
Since my wife having habit to talk lie incl every small matter. This was gifted to her by her mother.
Every time few dispute came between us due to this.
But her mother ignored her crystal clear lie.
2 months ago, from small dispute (came from her lie), she called her mother by telling her half truth.
Without hearing my statement her mother take her from my house without asking me. Every time found her mother doing like this.
My kids called her after 15 days, and she told me to come and take her from her parental house. Accordingly, I gone and ask her to come with me, but her mother asked her to say no by looking in her eyes.
They both also taken my cousin in their side as they have some secret of my cousin which disturb her married life.
Please guide me. I want to her back with me. May I File RCR?

Hi, I live in Delhi (Hindu family).
My grandparent passed away recently. She had the will transferred to her name after the death of my grandfather few years earlier.
Kindly let me know on how to proceed with the succession of the will. What all steps are needed to be taken in order to transfer the property (as mentioned in the will) to my parents and my uncles?

My father's name doesn't have surname in my 10,12 & Aadhar card but appears on my graduation & master's degree (e.g XY in 10 & XYZ in graduation).However his name in his certificate is XYZ . I lately applied for passport on the basis of 10 certificate .
I am concerned that such differences in father's name will create any issue in visa application or other aspects.
Please suggest can I resolve this issue with one & same person affidavit.

Can we remove names from 7/12 by submitting the Death Certificate & No Objection certificate from legal heir in front of Hon'ble Tahsildar?

Dear Experts,
I had filed a case for illegal termination to the labor department and a conciliation meeting was also held in mid-2018, the labor department had reported that the termination is indeed illegal in violation of I.D. Act, 1947 however, the meeting failed due to lack of knowledge of employer and poor conciliation. The labor department issued letter that seek relief from the labor court. Subsequently, I filed case in the labor court but the case is pending till date because presiding officer is not appointed after the retirement of previous officer since 2017. After waiting for so long, the case is still pending and there is no information about when a judge will be appointed. I want to know that whether I can file writ petition in high court directly under article 226 for relief and getting justice?

My ancestral property which was not transferred neither by my grandfather nor my father to others.The property belongs to my great-grand father and he also not transferred to others. Even though,the Settlement Fair Adan gals and 1B records changed.Then,procedure to file criminal case against the fraudulent owners of thew land and jurisdiction of High-Court is applicable?

Name rectification on share certificate of co op housing soc
In our flat share certificate there is a spelling mistake in the name of my dad. so what is the procedure for rectification of name in co op housing society ltd. Somehow we have lost the aggrement for the home as well. We have a will of our grand parents through whom it was tranfered to my dad.
