When, criminal trial proceedings of lower court are stayed by single bench supreme court order during the notice period, does such single bench stay order of supreme court without any extension of stay by speaking order automatically gets vacated on expiry of six months or not? - In view of the Supreme Court 3 judge’s ruling ---- in Asian resurfacing of road agency pvt ltd & anr vs. Central bureau of investigation decide on 28-3-2018.
Such ruling of 3 judge’s bench will prevail over the single bench ruling or not ?
can we proceed with the next step of trail at lower court?

Dear Sir,
I am selected in recruitment in main list under ph category. But till last date 4 people from main list not join and after 3 months 4 people's reserve list is declared and they join. Where will they stand in seniority list? Means seniority list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in competition or the second list candidates will come at last?
Please guide.

Sir I have been working as postal assistant in level 4 pay scale since 10.01.2006. and recently I cleared the exam ( direct recruitment) by isro (Indian space research organization of department of space) for 'assistant' post in it. As both , postal assistant and isro assistant, posts are central government posts And are of same scale if pay ,kindly clarify if my pay is protected now if I join isro. Because starting pay for both posts is 25500. But now in postal assistant , my current basic is increased gradually , in my approximately 13 years of service , to 39200. So kindly clarify if this basic of mine be carried to me in isro if I join in it now?

How I can know the name of the opponent divorce advocate name. Not the one who is filing and doing all the court stuff but the senior advocate who actually mastermind the case. What is the way and to whom i can ask so that I can get proper information .I am not getting any details from my advocate . He is simply denying it on my face.

Sir / madam, my mother bought a land on 1978. Deed as shown my mother name, but patta is my father name. My father sold that property on 2006 without my mother knowledge. ( used by patta ). My mother was death on 27-8-2011. And my father was death on 16-6-2015.
Question :
1. How I recovery that's property ?
2.have any time limitations for this case ?
3. I was consulting with my Laywer, but they are told me that , we can't file this case , because you have to file within
three years. Now 13 years too late like this. In future if you file a case it can't won like this.
So please guide me how I win this case.

me and my friend meet an accident with another four wheeler and third party file an FIR against rash driving and drunk driving. while there was no medical test done by any doctor at that time. And my friend was driving the vehicle. now my query is that is it counted as criminal offence against me in any govt job? I was not driving the vehicle but I was in the vehicle. FIR was filed 2 days ago and I'm preparing for ssc cgl and cpo. both jobs joining will come this year only so there is less chances that till then the case got solved. Please reply me that this case didn't solve till my joining then what will happen?

I have saving account at Canara bank Tirunelveli District due to my job i transferred on 19.12.17 from Tirunelveli district to Ramnad district.but my Canara bank account still maintained at TIRUNELVELI district. on 20.1.19 i paid RRB CHENNAI EXAM FEE using Canara bank debit card,the transaction was failed but amount debited from my bank account. Regarding this lot of complaints i given to branch, customers care,etc.no amount refunded ,now i am willing to file complaint at DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM,now i am working,residing in Ramnad District, may i file complaint at Ramnad DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM,MY branch is at TIRUNELVELI DISTRICT, Canara bank is nationalized bank has branch at RAMNAD,so may is file complaint At Ramnad district consumer forum,i have confusion that consumer can file complaint at his residing RAMNAD District consumer forum.

U.p. zamindari abolition. consolidation/ chakbandi

In a town of Bulandshahr, after the U.P. Zamindari Abolition came into force the State of U.P. started realizing rents from all the tenants/occupants of every khasra, agriculture of otherwise, on a false claim that after Z.A. act all lands have vested in the state (except two plots where there was actual Abadi).
There was a controversy regarding the boundaries of town area, thus the applicability of U.P. Zamindari Abolition Act. In 1962 while the matter regarding the boundaries of town area was pending in a civil court, the state of U.P. carried out consolidation of the entire town, including the admitted abadi plots. As a result, not only all khasra (plot) numbers were changed but also their size. U.P. state was defendant and we were as plaintiff in this case. Judgment came out in 1963. DJ upheld the civil judge’s verdict on 1966. No further appeal. No U.P. Urban Areas Zamindari Abolition Act ever came into force in this town. Court admitted the list of all our tenants on agriculture or non-agriculture lands.
As I know, consolidation Act would apply only to the areas to which the provisions of the Zamindari Act would apply. We have tenants in agriculture lands through lease/patta given before and after Z.A. act. The lands where we have these tenants are according to court’s verdict are inside town area (urban) limits, but according to government they are outside. Sometime after consolidation in 1962 government issued Bhumidhari sanads to the occupants these lands. They got their names mutated in revenue records.
Now once again consolidation proceedings have been initiated and they are presently in progress. Do we have any rights left in these lands, which were confirmed by the court in 1963 and again in 1966? If yes, how do we proceed?
