I need one advice on what is the scrapping of 497 Ipc by supreme court. Does the scrapping of 497 ipc means a husband can stay in live in relationship with his girlfriend if he is separated from his wife for more than 6 years and divorce process is going. So there wont be any problem in live in

I seek legal advice regarding my family problem
My mother & sister who used to stay at their flat at kolkata has now come to Guwahati . They have taken a rented house where they create nuisance like screaming/shouting etc and more ever my sister who is very short tempered also physically tortures my mother when ever there is a break up in marriage related proposals. .Both of them are mentally not 100% sound which you can feel once you talk to them or observe their activities )
Now every time they do so the house owner calls me to say that you come & take them to your home or I shall go to police.
Now as I have already stated that they create trouble with my wife when ever they have come on earlier occasions ( use of abusive language/quarelling etc) also with me and my son so the neighbours start complaining because of shouting /screaming etc and it spoils the peace of my home & my family life .My sister even threatens with dare consequences to my wife & son . Also my Son's board exam is there.
so please suggest what should i do so that I can avoid bringing them to my home and maintain peace in my family life. Also what should I say to the house owner who calls me every time & says he will go to police once they create nuisance .

In 1998, grandfather made an unregistered WILL duly executed. In that WILL, he appoints his son as guardian and transferred all of his properties and movables in favour of his grandchildren (one grandson + 2 granddaughters) when they attain the age of majority. He dies in 1999.
But, the father makes a registered will in 2008, wherein he provides life interest to the wife and assigns the properties/movables in favour of his two daughters. His son was intentionally omitted because of a family issue.
Both of the above wills has list of properties with proper identification.
In the father's WILL, there were 3 to 4 properties that were meant to his children (1 son + 2 daughters) assigned by grandfather. But the rest of the properties were self-acquired by him.
Under these circumstances, can the father's will be challenged and null and void based on the mixing up of properties that were not owned by him.

Hello All, i am here urgent need of your advises and suggestions, last month february i will join one company as a HR Recruiter,I was asked to sign a service bond of 2 years on a stamp paper and the clause states that in case I leave the organization before 2 years I will have to pay Rs.60 thousand They said , i want to pay the whole money right now, i asked that i cant pay whole right now but manager said if you pay right now.its recruiter job , contains daily and monthly targets My problem is that I am very stressed these days due to my job. I am just doing it out of compulsion that there is a bond period of 2 years. I am not at all happy with my job. from last 20 days i am mentally depressed, i just want to leave this job as soon as possible, i am extreemly stressed, they don't give any copies of that bond to me, they said pay right now, i am requesting you please help me out, give any suggestions how could i can face these, please help me out.

Dear all, please advise me, how to proceed.
The land of 1.05 Acres was purchased in 1941 by 6 persons(Say person 1,2,3,4,5,6) for House purposes. In 1944, 3 persons of 6 (Say 1,2,3) exchanged their purchased land with some other person(Say person 7) through exchange deed. The person 7 sold his share(1.05*3/6 = 0.525 AC) to many people by mentioning boundaries in sale deeds(All are constructed houses as of now). The person 4 also constructed house and enjoying his share. The person 5 was purchased 0.03 Acres of land from person 6 with specific boundaries(by saying North is your own property) in 1960. The person 5 enjoying total property(his share + purchased). The person 5 executed a gift deed in favor of his sister son(Myself) by mentioning specific boundaries(who is East, West, North etc) in 1962. We are enjoying the property from 1962. Now, all persons 1 to 7 are NO more. The legal heirs of person 6 objecting possession of mine and objecting to construct house. They claiming that my property is theirs share as his father sold land beside to us.
Please help me, how to proceed ?

I have a shop which is part of a cooperative housing society. There is water leakage in shop from flat terrace above my shop during monsoon season. Concerned Member and society have just given oral assurance but there is no substantial progress to resolve the issue. We have already written several letters to socety and also told that I will complaint to deputy registrar of cooperative society. What process should I follow to escalate this since member and society are delaying but not refusing to do. This issue is pending from last Sept 18.

Dear experts..
One of my friend used to talk to a married woman.she used to call him..but one day the husband of that lady heard the call recordings and conversations..Now the issue was the husband of that lady calling my friend and beating him and torturing him..he promised he never had physical relationship with her except phone calls.but he is not believing him..what can we do solve this issue and save the marriage and family..is there any legal ways as amicable settlement he is not accepting by husband.
So I kindly request to please suggest ur advice..

Survey number miss match
Dear sir,
My father bought a land with survey number 209 with proper link documents from past around 30years with clear note.. However academy was in case pertaining to objection of survey number where apponent says that that survey number different when we check the neighbors there survey is same as we have in paper . Our apponent has no rights on land as per the joint collector order.. My query is can make changes on registration paper as per the survey number which make us justification as there is old map says it's survey number is different pls suggest
