I am working in a PSU Bank and created an Equitable mortgage(by deposit of title deeds) for a property situated in town area (to secure a Housing Loan in 2017), in my branch which is situated in the rural area under same town/jurisdiction (same sub -registrar/Tehsil office, notified town) . My office is situated 15 km away from the town in rural area and 50 KM from District headquarters.
The declaration for creation of Equitable mortgage is notarized at District Headquarters.
Equitable Mortgage created at Branch.
My Bank does not have a branch at Tehsil, but have a branch at distt headquarters.
Is it necessary that mortgage is created with Branch manager only or any other officer in absence of the Branch Manager can accept the title deeds.
What can be the possible corrective measure.
I have joint agricultural land with my uncles and others. My uncle has taken motor connection 20yrs ago on his name, can I claim my share in motor connection as we joint owners in land .we have girdawari on our names
My husband was issued arrest warrant in USA for child abuse but he absconded from America. Now I am in India with my 2 daughters. He left us without even paying monthly maintenance. When my family approched him for settlement he is trying to pay me minimal amount with terms and conditions benificial to him.Is there anyway that this guy can be brought to justice?

In case of 498a/406, I need following information with respect to trial court :
1. Is it defendant responsibility to prove wrong 'each sentence in chief examination' of victim ?
2. 'Ladki ke bayaan' will be considered as gospel truth, right? Conviction can happen even without any other supporting document?
3. Apart from girl's testimony, no other evidences are required for conviction ?
4. There are no material evidence(s), like medical report/transaction history, audio/video, no FIR/complaint in last 6 year. Even than final conviction can happen by simple testimony of victim ?
5. Prosecution can prove the conviction by testimony of Father and Mother of girl? (No material fact only Bayaan)
My grandfather's dad built a house on temple's land and we have been living in it for four generations now. There is no registered deed for the house and the patta is showing the temple name. The EB connection is in grandpa's name and the house tax receipt is in my mother's name. My mother has been paying house tax receipt in her name for more than 20 years. Is there any possibility for legally converting the house in my name or my mother's name?
