Sir, there is one original seniority list of all clerical cadre employees as on 31st March, 1991. My institution had given promotion as senior clerks (within same clerical cadre) to some of the SC/ST clerks placed junior to me and fixed their seniority above me and notified the Revised seniority list. Later on being senior to me they were given promotions as officers and now they reached at very senior level as GMs.
Although I also appeared in the same test at par with above employees but due to higher in seniority, above employees were selected. I challenged the Revised seniority list in High court which quashed the Revised seniority list and maintained the original seniority list in which I was senior.
Now my query is whether I can claim the promotion at par with my junior clerical colleagues as I was denied opportunities alongwith now promoted junior persons during the period.

I am having an office in Kolkata in a Pvt. Ltd company name which is under process of sticking off in ministry of company affairs. But, I am regularly depositing rent in rent control West Bengal.The trade license of the company is too up to date. My query is that will my landlord take any action in ejecting me from my office in any grounds ?

The Opposite party vakeel (advocate) has tried all methods to delay orders in appeal filed in National Consumer Commission, New Delhi.
Fed up of attending hearings without any proceedings taking place at all for paast 1 year.
The other day at the hearing the OP advocate hurled abuses to me a lady of 70 years. He screamed atop his voice hey oi hui etc. The president and other judicial member also did hey hoi etc, all the other advocates did the same.
It was a unrul behaviour by OP advocate and Unruly scene. The Judges wont pass orders, they simply keep giving new dates.
The lower court and lower commission have given ruling in my favor.
I am shi t scared to attend hearing next time.
What to be done in this case.
I am representing my own case so far.

We have a flat owner who has a flat with 2 parkings this owner has sold the flat and one covered parking to a new person and the second d slot is still not sold.While selling the flat and one parking the NOC Letter has been taken from the society.Now the owner wants to sell the Second parking to a third person in this case is society NOC needed.Thw society members might intentionally to trouble the old owner and third are rejecting to give A NOC .Please let us know what can be done

Dear Sir,
My father and uncle had an ancestral property dispute running in local court for a long time. As I stay away from home in a different state with my husband after marriage and never was involved in those things. 2 months back my father passed away and my brother was taking care of the court matters. last week I received a court notice from my uncle saying that "For Service of Notice under order 22 rule 3 of C.P.C to add the LR's" and it stated that I have to appear in the court if I have any objection to add me as LR otherwise it will be exparte.
My question is
1) What should I do now.. my brother is not telling me anything about these court matters'
2) What will happen if I don't attend in the court
3)As I am in a different state, can I barrow some time if I have to attend

Sir,
I have given a shop for rent Since from 30year ago, In todays date the tenant is paying only Rs 1500rent, if i go as per market value of rent ,the rent has to be minimum Rs 3000.
I have asked again and again to increase the rent to tenant, but he used to said me he has been since 30long year so he will not increase the rent, and asked me to do whatever i liked.
So I want know how law can help me in this regards.Please help me.

Dear Sir,
I fail to understand that while Supreme Court of India is promptly taking up petitions having political and religious issues but ignoring the issues concerning physically handicapped persons or other weaker sections of the society.
A glaring example is frequent postponement and delaying of SLP (Civil) 24994 of 2016 involving Review by Larger Bench of SCI of the judgement giving 3% Reservation in Promotions to Physically Handicapped Employees. Although the issue had been decided by SCI long back in Rajeev Kumar Gupta vs. Union of India case and was upheld once during Review of the same by a Bench headed by Sh. Ranjan Gogoi, our present Chief Justice of SCI.
Sir, the captioned SLP is being delayed on one pretext or other and since 29.04.2019 it has not been taken up and appears to be sidelined.
The non-decision of captioned SLP has its bearing on many similar petitions lying pending in various High Courts thus adversely affecting the career prospects of many disabled employees. Moreover injustice is being done to PH employees by denying them their rightful due.
I request you to please take up the above issue at appropriate level and help PH employees in getting the justice from SCI.

I am working as a PA in Department of Post at 2400 grade pay(starting basic pay 25500 and now after 1 increment the new basic pay is 26300). I want to join other department as I am selected as LDC having grade pay of 1900 it's almost 1 and half year I have joined my present job. My question is if I resign from this job and join other job having lesser grade pay of 1900 can I get my present sailary of 2400 grade pay there ?
If yes then what are the steps for it ?
Please guide me sir it will be a great help for me...

3 months FNF has not cleared
Forced to resign , now 3 months not clearing my FNF.
I RESIGNED on 16 feb 2019
Signed my documents in April,
HR said the company take a week's time.
I'm.sending him constant mails
Now he is saying for last month that finance department will clear and let him
I'm.afraid again , they are harraseing me .
One of my collegue was forced to resign on 29 June
But he received his FNF on 1 July 2019
