Hello Sir,
Original suit filed @ District and Sessions Court, Hyderabad and case is pending since 14-03-2019, its been 5 months now and we have not granted Injection order temporary or permanent. Case status still shows at summons. Please suggest what to be done to get Immediate Injection or some sort of relief to stop illegal possession/construction from respondents.
Case History: We petitioner are legal heirs of said property which belongs to our Grand Father/ Father, respondents have created a illegal decree with fake signatures of our ancestors, now legal heirs of respondents have made development agreement with builder.
Appreciate expert advice and inputs of above case to get Injection order ASAP

My mother wants to write a WILL for distribution of all her moveable property acquired from her husband,mother and mother-in-law in the form of gold and cash. As she is not sure about how much exactly will be the balance(cash and gold) at the time of execution of the WILL, can she write in terms of percentages for the beneficiaries? Kindly clarify.

Dear Expert Sirs,
in a SRA Project a plot of land was de-marketed and dedclared as a reserved plot for PG. the Builder has not yet transferred said plot in favour of BMC as the project is not yet complete. the Tehsildar issued a demand notice for revenue on the entire plot of land against which the builder approached the office of Tehsildar and showed the notification about the declaration of said part of land reserved as PG the Tehsildar the asked to pay the revenue amount of the plot deducting the revenue of the PG plot area and builder has paid the amount.
After a year they again issued a notice of demand along with the arrears stating that you have not transferred said plot in favour of BMC hence you have to pay the amount with penalty.
The builder has filed an appeal u/s. 247 before Addl. Collector which was decide against the builder and the Addl. Collector has directed the Tehsildar to take action and issue notice with demand of double of penalty.
the Builder who has contested the matter in person now approached me to challenge said order of Addl. Collector. This is my first matter in the subject act. I need your guidance to contest the matter. please help me for this.

I want to know if any petitioner sentenced with punishment against murder case (302) in lower court, the is the petitioner is entitled to chellange in high court against the oreder and is he entitled to get bail from high court

in my society in Mumbai car pARKING SLOTS HAVE BEEN ALLOTED ALONG WITH FLATS AND REGISTERED IN THE FLAT DOCUMENTS.
sO FAR NO CARGES WERE LEVIED for parking. The society hhas now come out with a notice that it has been decided in the MC that for second car the society shall charge Rs.1000/- per month. No charges for 1 car.
I have a letter from from one of the owners that he has allowed me to park my second car in his parking as he does on t have a car.
Can the society charge me for parking my second car in the other owners car parking

I was promoted for Ad hoc senior translator on 25/12/2012 in my parent cadre. After selection fo ex cadre post against open advertisement, I kept lien for 2 years ( from 15/06/2016 to 15/06/2018 for ). Meanwhile my juniors along with my name were promoted to regular senior translator on 11/12/2017 and I was directed to show my willingness whether I would join regular post of senior translator in the same promotion order but any letter was not sent to me. When I came to know about this development about my promotion i sent my willingness and after relieviing by my current dept on 31/05/2018 i joined my parent cadre. But i was posted as junior translator not as regular senior translator as well Ad hoc senior translator but some of juniors were promoted regular senior translator and Ad hoc senior translator but was junior translator in this period.
whether i am entitled for senior translator and Ad hoc senior translator for this period ?
Second issue is , after such scenario, the benefit of one increment because of Ad hoc promotion given since 25/12/2012 has also been abolished retrospectively from 25/02/2012 that leading recovery from my salary. it causes financial loss to me.
pls. advice me in respect of above both issues. I will be very thankful all of you.

We four students filed a condom against TNPSC and my lawyer asked 25000 per Candidate and we accepted it. TNPSC moved for appeal on writ petition and the case was dismissed by judges on first hearing itself (note.we received appeal notice on the same date first hearing and none of us signed vakalathu notice itself) that day evening I called my advocate that I got a letter from TNPSC as they went for appeal lawyer replied appeal case was dismissed on first hearing and you have to pay Rs15,000 for each candidate for attending your appeal? My condom case is in his hand what shall I do? Please guide me

I claimed a case against Teachers recruitment board and won the case. Judgement given to give appointment but they did not follow the order so I claimed condom case, TRB filled a appeal against me on double judge court and the case was dismissed by judges,. I wish to know how my case will further move on?

Advocate creating issues
We have an advocate staying in our society , who in drop of the hat sends notices , inimidates us with defamation and litigation . He has not been cooperating with the society development , and challanges each and everyhting through notice . Due to this the committe is fed up and members do not want to come forward to be a part of MC .
We effected members are tired of him throwing his weight around on small pretexts and constantly being harrassed with notices . We had a plumbing audit for leakages , he refused to allow the security and plumber to check the same .
