How to find out if 498A is filed?

I had filed complaint on my wife and his parents / relatives at human Rights commission for assaulting my old parents in 2015 and it is heard now. While we got one of the notice recently, we got to know from her statement that she has filed 498A of 3-4 DV act, 506B and 120B in February 2019! It's been 8 months now we didn't receive any notice or call from the concern police station on FIR etc... But my old parents are now afraid. How to check the genuineness of the case? Police not giving info. Can we check online? She left me in 2015.

Husband's right over self earned property of wife

.We are living in joint Hindu family with my father(75 Yrs) in Gujarat
2.Mother was expired in Yr.2017 intestate (without will) left behind total 4 children ,(ie. 1- married daughter ,1 -unmarried daughter,2 -married son)
3. My mother was housewife and had never any individual income source during her life.
4.My father was semi. Govt employee & at present passing retire life.
5.During our childhood my father purchased Agriculture land in Gujarat..and domestic property on my mother’s name only due to love & affection towards my mother(on paper my mother was sole owner).
6. My father has purchased all property including Agriculture land on my mother’s name and taking all kind of care and pays all govt.taxes till date.
7.After my mother sad demise my father wish to manage all property by his own wish..and asking for power of attorney in favour of him,but my both sisters refuse to support my father’s wish. I think all sisters taking advantage of their legal stand because as per my information they have equal rights over property with both brothers & father(Hindu succession act{amend.} ).

Custody of both daughters - age (9.5 yrs), age (4.5 yrs)

Hi Experts,

As per section 6 of Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956

Natural guardians of a Hindu minor.-

The natural guardians of a Hindu, minor, in respect of the minor's person as well as in respect of the minor's property (excluding his or her undivided interest in joint family property), are—

(a) in the case of a boy or an unmarried girl—the father, and after him, the mother: provided that the custody of a minor who has not completed the age of five years shall ordinarily be with the mother;

If elder daughter (Age: 9.5 Yrs) wants to come to father (Ex-wife restricting her to talk, meet), what are the steps to consider for child custody. Please guide.

Regards,
Satya.

Rights of the father

Hi Experts,

Need your guidance as to what are all the rights a father has to get the daughter from the court. Both my daughters (Age 9.5 yrs) and (Age 4.5 yrs) are with my ex-wife and she was not allowing me to speak to me neither she is bringing them during a court hearing.

The Elder daughter was born and raised by a grandmother, Grandfather, myself and ex-wife. Since she was raised by a grandparents and father Elder daughter has love and affection to us and wants to come to us, but since due to the force she was not allowing us to speak to us. We have even tried to reach out to Child Welfare Committee, but it was of no use and we have been told orally that daughters should always be with mother and hence she was responsible for their upbringing.

The reason behind the current divorce is because of Adultery of ex-wife and I want to ensure that it should not affect my both daughters. Please suggest the right steps and direction.

Regards, Satya
