Sir, as per my old passbook (Agriculture), I am supposed to have 3 Acres 6 Guntas of Agricultural land at Kollampalle village, Narayanpet (Mandal & District), Telangana.
However, to my utter surprise, found that the 5 Gunta land is missing from my new passbook (after online entry). Now, i have only 3 Acres 1 Gunta land in my new passbook.
On the same, approached my Mandal Office on 22.Jun.2019 located at Narayanpet & met VRO. He has expressed his doubt stating the so-called 5 Gunta land might have gone under Road construction by R&B department. Moreover, VRO is clueless about the exact reason behind such deviations.
So far, approached my Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO), Collector, Roads & Building Ministry, Revenue Ministry, Chief Minister Office & at last Minister for Road Transport & Highways of India.
To my mere surprise, all the above mentioned officials were either neglecting my concern or in sleeping mode.
Almost, 30-days passed till date & no one is bothered to at least reply a courtesy mail or a call. ITS SIMPLY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING.
PLS SUGGEST, HOW TO GET THE THINGS DONE

Dear Experts,
In the year 2009, I was working in a publication group. I got another better opportunity in the rival newpaper. The former media group logged a criminal complain on Me U/S 112-b, 408,409,420 467,468 ,470 & 471 IPC etc. Later on in final chargesheet only two IPC were mentioned i.e. 408 & 420. the chargesheet also mentioned that there is no recovery or discovery in the matter. After a three months legal battle I got bailed out from High court. Now almost it has been 10 years, the case is still pending in the lower court. The complainent is not coming to the court . Except once he was seen in 2013.The complainent him self is been driven out of the same media group. But he came bcoz of the court warrent. I need expert advise on the following point. How should I prepare my defence? The ommission of more than 8 IPC in the chargesheet can make my defense strong? I have filed a defamation case with IPC 500 & 501 against the media group. It's pending in fast track court. should i continue or withdraw? The FIR against Me was lodged in sept 2009, now it's August 2019. Isnt criminal waste of courts time and My money attending it every month? What stand can I & my advocate take? The complainent's objective for FIR was to stop Me joining the new rival media group , & were successful in that. What are the grounds for acquital or discharge? I am tired attending the dates, with no results what so ever. All major witnesses are former company employees or their agents or business associates. They are said to be either luired or thretened to be witnesses. Is there any high court / supreme court ruling in such matters? Pl advise. Regards

And my legal advisor is not going to file a contempt of court. Now, he is telling me to wait for an uncertain period. Please suggest me what can I do? I had applied for 5 days LAP which was rejected by my controlling on file noting and still i proceeded on leave. Formally, i got my leave rejection letter later when i came back. During the course of leave, no formal message or call from my authority regarding consequence or ordering me to join duty within specified date came, only 1 whatsapp message was there. Now, chargesheet for insubordination is being issued against me and i have to reply to that chargesheet. I, too, don't want to prolong this matter. So, what should i write in my reply? Should i apologize for my act straightaway or should i mention about all this procedural lapses (not sure)???

Conveyance deed
Dear Expert,
Greetings!
I have purchase a flat in resale from the first owner in Roadpali, Navi Mumbai (CIDCO is the development authority in the area and builder has purchased the plot from it).
The society has been formed but the conveyance deed has not yet been done by the builder saying that I have to still sale few flats and once that is done he will do the conveyance deed. My query is
What is the implication for me of the conveyance deed which will be done in future?
Will I need the first owner's signatures at the time of flat transfer in CIDCO record
Kindly enlighten
Thanks in advance
