respected members,
on my complaint a case us 148/149/323/452/506 was registered against accused persons, but on the same day accused persons inflicted some injuries on their body with friendly hands and got showed a fracture on the left hand index finder, got medically examined and a false cross case registered against us u/s 148/149/323/325/506, after about one month of the incidence (DDR was recorded on the complaint of accused persons on the next day of incident but false cross case was registered after about one month), POLICE AND ADDITIONAL S.P IS HELPING THE ACCUSED PERSONS, i on the next day of incident write, s.p of city and C.M.O of civil hospital that injuries are self inflicted, and once again after 15 days demanded for medical board examinations of accused persons, and after 5 months again demanded medical board and forensic expert medical examination of accused persons that injuries are self inflicted, but no action has been taken by S.P, CMO, DGP, IG etc on my application for appointment of medical board and forensic expert. now challan is yet to be presented against both of us parties in the court of JMIC, can i give an application before JMIC, before filing of challan by police for appointment of medical board ???? Can JMIC, give Directions to police before filing Challan for appointment of Medical board ??? is JMIC is competent to order for appointment of medical board for the examinations of accused persons to know that injuries are self inflicted with friendly hands or not ?????? plz guide, challan of police is yet to be presented

A case of murder is made suicidal hanging with the help of doctor's report, in which bloody doctors have mentioned that the ligature mark found in the body is not possible by the seized saree. For expert opinion (FM&T) on cause of death, the police had sent the badly editted photos to the expert and the expert opinion also confirmed as suicidal hanging, though hanging is impossible at the spot. The Scientific team is silent on the issue. I have photographs, taken in front of police, which are contrary to the submitted ones.
What are the procedures to follow to get the expert opinion on the original and non-editted photos with investigating officers / with me or how to challenge that the photos submitted to the expert are fully editted ones and not originals?
My sincere request to all experts to advice me in this topic, to help me.

what is the procedure if someone has file the atrocity in faulty way to my client.my client is innocent but how we proof this he had never spoken word though he will charged atrocity.please give the idea

Dear all,
i want some counselling in a case with the below mentioned facts:
There was one mr.X with his wife Y & an adopted child Z, having in their 11 years of marriage.
Recently by taking some drug Mr.X became impotent,which lead to regular visit of his doctor friend Mr.A to their house for check-up.Despite of this fact the relationship between the spouse remain intact until 'Y' got attracted to the doctor.Thus it lead to an extra-marital affairs etween the two.
Mr.X soon sensed this growing relationsip & complained both to his wife & his friend. He even has a small fight with his doctor friend. Seeing the seriousness of the matter 'Y'tried to break her relationship with Mr.A. But A wasn't ready to leave her and threatned her for the bad consequences. Later he even posted some compromising pictures of 'Y' on a pornographicsite along with a fake profile and actual contact details. This resulted into some serious discomfort & embarring moment not only for the wife but also for the husband. This whole incident lead the wife to commit suicide out of shameness.She also left a suicide note beside her blaming oly herself for her death. She specifically exempted her husband of all blame.
Now the husband wants to file a case against the doctor.Kindly guide me as to which court to move & what charges to be booked into.

sir,i from delhi but bank file one case u/s 37 civil from delhi and one case u/s 420 406 from chennai.....what i have to do.....court issue nbw aginst me in 406 ,420 case...it is possible court can do this.
sir what can i do sir??? who i cancel this nbw and trf case to delhi.or can challenge this case.what i do sir help me.......i really worried about this nbw any time police arrest me sir....please.....please help me.
can i file injection suite to stop bank file criminal case.

this is sampoorna.my husband is upscanding sice last four years and N.B.W is pending on him on hyderabad polise grounds for sec498.till date he did not surenderd to the court.and another N.B.W is pending on in warangel polise station for maintance case in the famaily court of secunderabad.from four years. he is upscanding.his native is warangel i my native is secunderabad.can upscanding person can applay for divorse case in his native plase?if so what is the procedure?did he should present in the consern court?or simply can he put case through lawyer?if he apply through lawyer did he should mention his address?
can court grant EXPARTY without sending me any notice?if my husband wantedely give wrong address of mine and delivered notices to wrong address without my knowledge if court grant EXPARTY then in what way and which court i should applay for dismiss the EXPART which is given by the court.

i have a querry whether the Sessions court for the purpose of disposing of bail applcation u/s section 439 can allow the applicant to undgo medical examination the report of which may provide an evidence to disprove the commission againt him as the applicant do have right to do so U/s section 54 of the Cr.P.C if the same is no exercised earlier upon his production before the illaka magistrate. if so any law point on this issue.

Can an anticipatory bail petition be filed for bailable offences. The police filed a case under sections 447,509 and 506 against the accused as all the offenses are bailable, can an petition under section 438 Cr.P. C be filed?

i got a case in which a student committed suicide leaving behind a note in which he accussed two of his friends for mantal harrassment which compelled him to do that act.
is there any hope of saving them?
what evidences can be used in their favour?

Partnersheep firm_loan case
Hello Sir,
My Father and his business partner did a Partnersheep deed for a Firm (with 50-50% share each). They opted a Property mortgage loan of 1 Crore (Partnership loan account 50-50%). Loan was taken against Partnership Firm only.
Now my father is passed away.
Can I pay the bank 50% of loan amount and get no dues from bank so that property which is mortgaged to bank gets released.
Bank is saying that paying 50% of loan amount is of no use.
Please suggest .
