can anybody provide me supreme court ruling to the effect that simultaneous prosecution of the accused u/s 420 IPC and 138 NI Act on the same fact is NOT allowed ?

dear sirs,
i have heard that lawyers should not have another source of income. but my friend lawyers are acting in films. is it allowed ?

Sirs,
I am appearing for the accused in a pocso case. The allegation is that the accused showed some obscene videos of his own sexual activities with some minors to the victim in this case who is also a minor. The alleged pendrive containing sexual activities were seized by the police and sent to forensic lab.now a report is obtained from the said lab.now I am told that it will be played in the court room to see whether the pendrive really contains sexual activities of the accused. Here I have no idea what defence I can take when the video is played.....what are the probable questions I can ask to the witness when the video is played ?
Please also provide useful citations also.
Pls help me sirs. It's urgent.

a marriage has been declared null and void . it was an exparte decree. but it has not been set aside so far . whether i am duty bound to pay maintenance to my wife. can i take the defence that now the marriage has been declared null and void.
