Hi
The fact is deceased died in natural disaster of uttarakhand in 2013.Then after central govt issued relief amount of 5.50lakh to the family members of deceased and forwarded the same to collector. The collector asked the heirs of deceased to produce heirship certificate from competant court for distributing purpose of said relief amount & as per letter of collector the relatives (class one heirs) approached to court praying that declaration them heirs for official work purpose stating the said reason as per the letter of collector
Now question arise before court at final argument.
1. Due to ammount stated in matter court has not power to issue heirship
2.but the ammount shown in case was not left by deceased.
3.the right in which the applicant claim are the imovamble property?
4.whether court has power to issue heirship certificate?
Need urgent expert opinion cause I am the applicant of case

pls provide a case law in which ratio should be laid down as "Criminal Trial.....evidence by recorded video........expert opinion is must to prove genuineness of video"
Or
"To prove the genuineness of video expert opinion is must"

In a case absconding charge is filed against accused No. 1 who is absconding from the crime stage. The other accuseds appeared. The trial is progressing.
Now it was brought to the notice of Court that the absconding accused is in jail in connection with some other case.
What is the procedure to be adopted here against this Accused ?
1) Issue of a production warrant
(if P/w is issued there is a chance for the accused to get away upon obtaining bail from the other court which has remanded him, since accused is not to be retained by jail based on mere p/w.)
2) Police approaching the other Court which remanded the accused in connection with their case, and obtain permission for formal arrest.
(after filing charge sheet police has no role. So how can they approach the other court for formal arrest)
Based on the above 2 methods Which is the correct way to have the accused remanded in the existing case? Or is there any other methods?

sir,
i had submitted a school certificate of class 6th and also gave the oral evidences of parents claiming for juvenile declarartion,both supported the age of the accused as 14 years..but the magistrate ordered for medical board report and the report has come which shows the age of accused as 23-24 years.now , what to do both are contradictory.actully my client didnt tell me the truth and i took the plea of juvenile in the beginning itselfshould i plead to the court for bail as the accused is in jail for more then one month and he is accused for mobile theft which costs around RS 1000/-..

sir mai ye janana chahta hu Ram ne collector ko jamin ke record me hera pheri ki shikayat ki jiske aadhar par janch ki gayee aur janch report ke aadhar per dupty collector ne FIR darj ki.trial me acquitall hua.kya Ram acquitall ke against me u/s 401 cr p c ke tahat revision file kar sakta hai? uski locus standi hai kya?
