Testification in writing as witness

Dear experts,
I have been summoned to witness in a 'criminal case u/s 138 of the Electricity Act' where a person has shifted his electricity meter from his property to our property, illegally, in order to prove his ownership & possession over our property in the civil court (the case is pending).
The Sec.138 EA Act criminal case is at PP evidence stage. I just wanted to know can I submit my statement as witness in writing and annex such documents with it which are important ? I want to do this because I fear I might get nervous and forget or miss important points.
If not, can I just read all that statement before the court so that the steno could write it down and give him the concerned documents also ? Is it allowed.

How to prove myself in this situation.

Sarfaesi act

My query before the learned experts are :-

Can a nationalised bank initiate action under 13(2) of Sarfaesi Act after dismissal of their money suit?

There is a clear bar from entertaining a fresh suit on same cause of action under CPC but can 13(2) be initiated?

Right of husband/children and in laws to my self acquired property

I married recently. I had executed an agreement to purchase a flat before I got married. The is under construction and I am myself paying the installments for the flat.
Kindly advise me the manner in which I can secure the flat in the name of my father, mother and brother in such a manner that my husband/ my children/ my inlaws are not able to claim/enjoy the flat anytime during my life or thereafter (after my death).

W.r.t. pf, gratuity and superannuation funds- right of husband and inlaws after marriage

I married recently. I am a permanent employee of a manufacturing concern and am thus entitled to the statutory and other benefits arising out of my employment.
Please advise me as to how to secure the above entitlements and funds in favour of my Father, Mother and brother only in such a manner so that in case some mishap happens my husband or inlaws or my children in future are not able to claim to the amounts or enjoy it.
Is nomination in favour of father/mother or brother the surest way of ensuring that funds cannot go to my husband/ his family/our children in future??
Before marriage I already had stated my mother and brother as nominees. Do I need to freshly restate that to my company where I am employed and inform them that there is no change of nominees even though I am now married.
