Hi..
I have got better offer from one of the company..! I have not signed any bond or any other related document with the previous company but they have retained my original certificates..! I have worked for only 3 weeks with previous company.! Now while leaving company HR is asking me to pay bond amount of 50k without which they will not give away my original certificates..! They have said that if i am leaving without paying bond they will register me in NASSCOM and blacklist my name, which eventually results in non-employable by any company..!
Do i need to pay the amount in this regards..! What can be the legal aspects of if i am leaving without paying any amount.!
Kindly help me to resolve the issue..!

respected sir,
i have been working as a store keeper in a society school, due to the deficiency of teachers i was also doing the work of a sports teacher.
but now the school is going to being under govt. prosecution so there will be no store keeper post, thus society member suggested me to apply for sports teacher documents from any outside university and i follow that i applied for sports teacher diploma from kanpur university and i got the documents.
after all this i handedover the documents to society members and requested him to investigate for the legality of the documents.when the society member investigate on their level they found that the documents are not legal.
now they are presurizing me to regn. and promising me to reappoint me as a sports teacher.but fortunately i came to know that it was all a plan to fired him from this post so that i can loose my seniority and they can easily fill this post with their own relative.
still i have not taken any pay on the basis of those documents so in this sitution what should i do????

Labour supply tender accepted by A&N Command(PRINCIPAL EMPLOYER) and OUR Firm(CONTRACTOR), accordingly Rates fix up. In the tenure of execution of the contract, the GOVERNMENT changes Labour rate by Circular. Nothing mentioned in tender to get this hike rate. Now to assure Minimum wages of labour can we claim the difference from A&N Command which arises from Government circular?
