AN OFFICE PREMISES MEASURING TO 100000 SQ FEET WAS SOURCED BY ME TO AN MNC.IN THE INITIAL STAGE THE CO WAS NOT SHOWING ANY INTEREST TO TAKE THE PREMISES ON LEASE.IT TOOK ALMOST 1 YEAR FOR THEM TO DECIDE AND GO FOR THE PROPERTY.MANY OF THEIR TOP OFFICIALS VISITED THE SITE AND FINALLY DECIDED TO GO FOR IT. WHEN I PUT UP MY SERVICE CHARGES, THEY SIMPLY REJECTED IT STATING THERE IS NO CONTRACT.THE ENTIRE EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE PERTAINING TO THE PROPOSAL FROM START TO FINISH ARE WITH ME.THEY HAVE TAKEN MY SERVICE UPTO NEGOTIATION OF THE LEASE AMOUNT.IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET JUSTICE FOR THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE PROVIDED TO THE LESSEE? IN THEIR REPLY THEY HAVE STATED THAT THE LESSOR HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE SERVICE CHARGES AND IN THE ABSENCE OF A CONTRACT THE CLAIM COULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

SIR, I AM WORKING AS STATION MASTER IN INDIAN RAILWAY.AT PRESENT MY BASIC PAY IS RS 15000 WITH GRADE PAY 4200.I HAVE GOT TWO ANNUAL INCREMENT IN GRADE PAY 4200. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN FINALLY SELECTED AS ASSISTANT GRADE IN DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT UNDER FINANCE MINISTRY IN GRADE PAY 4200.I WILL GIVE TECHNICAL RESIGNATION.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE MY BASIC PAY.MY BASIC PAY WILL BE PROTECTED OR NOT.PLEASE GIVE ME RULING OF PAY PROTECTION BY WHICH I WILL GET PAY PROTECTION IN NEW DEPARTMENT.

when employe get voluntary retiermemt , he is able to obtain pension or only lump sum fund [2]after vol retierment if his age is 52,can employe re join same job/post as regular employe..as per any rule or sc judgement

my notice period is one month bus some problems i leave the co. in fifteen days then co not give a releaving letter. pls advice..

I have worked in Pvt. Ltd company since 28/08/1992 till 31/03/2012.My birth Date is 29th April 1953.The management verbally informed me in Feb 2012 that they will give me retirement on 31/03/2012 & will have to work as consultant & I am continuing the job as no written communication is given till03/05/2012.
appointment letter as an consultant dated 31/03/2012 was sent to me on 04/05/2012 which I did not accept as service retirement / relieving letter as well Experience Letter nothing is given till date.
In such situation how I can go about the Gratuity. Whether I will be eligible for the same & is that crossing the limit of period given for making an application for gratuity
Your valuable advise in this matter will be appreciated as this is the only benefit we can get.

My father has been retired from health department U.P.,it is about 6 months
till now depatment neither giving his fund
nor clearing his pension.What action should i take.Can RTI will helpfull.

Dear Sirs,
I have already withdrawn my PF fully from my earlier company and the payment was received after 6 months from application from my earlier company (The EPF and SA fund was managed by the company's trustees formed by employers and employees under the rules). I also applied for full withdrawal of Super Annuation (SA)fund lying in my account from the earlier company. However, the Super Annuation settlement process is not yet done by my earlier company for the last 7 months now from the time it was applied.
Please let me know is there requirement for IT commissioners permission for SA full withdrawal process ? Also, what are other necessary requirements to process for getting the full SA amount of my SA account ? Will there be tax liability also if it is more than 5 years ?

Q 1:-i am in my final year of m.tech. and bharat electronics limited has given a recruitment add. for engineer trainee. they demand b.tech for these posts and also given a notice that a post graduate should not apply for these posts.i thought i wd apply only on b.tech. base and wd not show my m.tech. but again in a note they explain that if The candidates, who have completed his Post Graduation need not apply. Suppression of this fact will disqualify the candidature.what is meaning of world Suppression here.
Q 2 they mentioned that In case any ambiguity/dispute arises on account of interpretation in version other than English language, English version will prevail.what is mean by that .
Q 3:- can they press like that. if a person having post graduate apply on his graduate base then what is difficulty if some one does not show his m.tech.
plz reply . i shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
