I am working as Superintending Engineer in Damodar Valley Corporation. I have been transferred suddenly from DVC, Bokaro Unit to Trichrapally, Tamilnadu where there is no such sanctioned post and oredr has been issued against overall vacancy. I have filed a nos, of compliant to CVC against prevailing corruption in DVC against Chairman, DVC, R.N.Sen. CVC has given due cognizance to my complaints and investigated the matter and found to be correct. I am the declared Whistle Blower and therefore under Whistle Blower Resolution Act'2004 of GOI, I must be granted protection by CVC. As per the whistle blower resolution 2004, I have submitted my representation to CVC regarding victimization of a Whistle Blower.But, till date I have not received any communication from CVC even after lapse of 36 days from the date of my representation. Kindly advise whether I can fil a writ in the Hon'ble High Court.

Sir,
I would like to know that if a break a bond while i am in probation period as i want to go for higher studies, will i be authorized to pay the bond value.?
i would like to tell you no training has been provided to me in my probation period.
i am attaching my letter of intent, appointment letter and bond letter(which is not mine as i was not provided with a copy of bond, i've taken it from a colleague of mine.)

I have taken Interest Free Car Loan from my organization for a period of 5 years in year 2010. However I am resigning now in 2012 after servicing the loan (without interest) for period of 2 years 6 months.
Now at the time of resignation my organization is charging penal interest of 18.25% p.a. for period of facility availed.
I want to know legality on following points:
1)Can my organzation charge Penalty on Interest Free loan just because I have resigned from organization?
2) If yes, should it be market rate or the rate on which my organization give other personal loans to employees?

recently i have resigned from PSU to join Central Govt (Selection was through UPSC and proper permission was obtained from the previous employer) along with the resignation i requested for the LIEN of 2 years.
Now i have been releived from PSU on the acceptance of my resignation and they have grant me LIEN of 2 years and i have joined Central Govt.
Related to LIEN my query
1. Can i withdraw my PF full or in part (PF cant be tranfer from PSU to Central govt ) in the duration of this LIEN Period.
2. Can i claim apply for gratuity amount (on resignation) in this period

sir, In the state of rajasthan 34 post District pcpndt coordinator sanctioned for the implementation of PCPNDT Act, 1994 in the year of 2007 onwards, qualification for such post LL.B/M.A SOCIOLOGY, BUT out of 34 31 became law graduates. i.e one post for district pcpndt cell functing in the district. initail contract for one year, later it extended year by year.
From last approx. 4 years District pcpndt coordinators are working, some district coordinator filed complaint on the behalf of sate govt. in the court against doctors
for the violation of the Asuch Act. such cases are pending in the courts. district coordinators became of the District inspection team counducted no. of inspections and bacame wittnesess in more than 20 cases average and highest more than 50 cases. main purpose of such post to save the girl child. provide legal opinion,
drafting complaint, regular monitoring of cases pending, help in investigation, etc. nature of work similar to public officer.
whether any judgement that help us to became claim regular/ permanent employee?
any legal method by which all coordinator became regularise?
whether uma devi judgement contrary to contract employee to claim regualrisation?
please any judgement which help us.
