Dear sir,
i am currently working in lic.In 2010 i got another govt job as dep director in esic through UPSC.BUT i could't join the new job then, because i needed some more service to get entitled to pensionary benefits in lic for my past srvice.The esic did not accede to my request for extension of joining time then.NOW i have become eligible for the pensionary benefits in lic. what should i do
to get the fresh appointment letter from esic.The esic has recruited me on the basis of exam,interview by upsc.The eligibilty for the post was five yrs supervisory experience in the public sector organisations.The esic, allowed the benefit of past service to other govt dept employees, they have rejected the same to lic, bank employees.They have only clarified this point after giving the appoint ment letter to me.In the notification of recruitment, they have called for applications from all the public sector institutions.AS such i have delayed to get my terminal benefits settled with my current employer lic.Now iam ready to join esic ,provided they give me fresh appointment letter.what is the course of action for me ? will you please advise and guide me.

Hi,
I am kshitij, my father got expired recently, he was working in PHED ( public health and engeneering dept.) Alwar, Rajasthan On UDC designation . know i am Post graduate in Finance ( MBA in finance). Dept. people are saying if i would opt. for job i would be given as LDC as qualification does'nt matter.
Pl. suggest me in this case.

I was working for a company named xyz. Its a call center in mumbai. and i was on 3 month prohabation period my joining date was june 5th 2012 and i was terminated on 28 september 2012 orally and my manager said i wont give u your salary you do whatever you can but i wont give u your salary. Thn my lawyer send my boss 2 notice regarding my salary second was a reminder notice and my boss did not reply to it. My inhand salary is 10,800 and gross is 14,000 i waiting for my 1 month + 14 days salary. What should i do thy dont reply to my notice. i am helpless. I dont knw what to do. Plz help

I absorbed in Central Autonomous bodies from central Government service through proper channel. I am getting pro-rata pension for the services rendered at Central Government. In present service i.e. in Central Autonomous bodies I am covered under New Pension Scheme. Let me know If I resign from the present service will it affect on my Pro-rata pension which I receive from my previous employer i.e. Central Government.

My Father render his service in a Lodge @ 1500 Rupee per month as a care taker for last 17 Years where he suppose to work more than 12 hours in a day, no holiday no leave concept was there. remuneration is too low even remuneration does not meet with the mininmum wages act.
Now I am seeking an advice of getting compensation for the service rendered by him for 17 years under minimum wages act so what i need to do now and what amount we can get as a compensatation for the same.

I HAD WORKED ABOUT 21 YEARS IN NPCIL(GOVT OF INDIA UNDERTAKING)AND TOOK VRSI GOT ALL RETIREMENT BENIFITS FROM NPCILSUBSEQUENTLY I JOINED BARC ANOTHER CONSTITUENT UNIT OF THE SAME DEPT VIZ DAE THERE WAS NO ADVT SELECTION PROCESS ETC AND THROUGH CORRESPONDENCES BETWEEN BOTH ORGANISATIONS I WAS OFFERED SCIENTIFIC OFFICER G GRADE (SAME GRADE OF POST I HELD BEFORE VRS FROM NPCIL AND SAME BASIC PAY LAST DRAWN BARC IS FULLY A GOVT ORGANISATION AND I WAS ISSUED OFFER OF APPOINTMENT LETTER TREATING AS A NEW RECRUITEE AND COVERED UNDER NEW PENSION SCHEME I HAD SERVED ABOUT 2 YEARS AND 9 MONTHS AND RETIRED ON SUPERANNUATION I GOT PROMOTION CONSIDERING MY PAST SERVICE HOWEVER GRATUITY PAYMENT IS BEING DENIED BY GIVING DIFFERENT VERSIONS ONE VERSION IS I HAD NOT COMPLETED 5 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE AND ANOTHER VERSION IS GOVT IS YET TO ISSUE ORDERS REG GRATUITY CONNECTED WITH NEW PENSION SCHEME PL LET ME KNOW IS MY EMPLOYER CORRECT IN DENYING ME GRATUITY AND WHY MY PAST SERVICE RENDERED IN SAME DEPT WHICH WAS CONSIDERED FOR PROMOTION CANNOT BE CONSIDERED FOR PAYMENT OF GRATUITY THOUGH I RETIRED ON 31ST JANUARY 2012 I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY PENSION DUE TO DELAY BY GOVT IN FINALISING PENSION BILL PL ADVISE

Dear Experts, I have a query for your valuable opinion. An employee joined in February and the appointment was sent by post. He joined in Feb, but returned the letter duly signed in March, mentioning the date in March ( one month latter). During data processing, the date of joining was entered as March and hence no salary was paid for Feb. The matter was raised by the employee by pending resolution. This month's salary has to be paid in Nov as arrears. What will be the implication for EPF AND ESI.

One of my colleauge who is a permanent employ in a private institution and is entitled of getting ELs was not granted ELs when she went for her examinations outside the city.She had informed the authorities well ahead yet her salary was deducted and despite giving several written request to look into the matter her plea hasnt touched the deaf ears.There is another employ who has been suspended on the false accusation of leaking question papers to students and has been harrassed for last 3 months .He is not even been paid any salary .Recently we found a question paper of forthcoming test lying near the photostat machine, We have taken photographsn of the paper but dont know how to prove the innocence of the employee ,please give us an urgent n quick solution . we will be glad if you could call us at 9013263168 give asolution by today as the paper is on monday and we need to prove it on that day.

Sir I am working in manufacturing company in Baddi (Himachal Pradesh).I am misguided by company hr before joining they told me that i will receive Rs. 24923/- at the time of Diwali which was deduct from my ctc as part of ctc as under
Bonus/ Exgratia* Rs.875/-pm
Leave encasement Rs. Rs.865/-pm
Gratuity** Rs. 337/- pm
Total monthly deduction Rs. 2077/- pm
But now i only receive bonus part Rs. 8200/- & Leave encasement received in December,11 only Rs.1200/- total amount received by me is Rs. 9400/- not 24923/- Kindly guide me now what can i do i really feel like cheated here. I am in loss in this company as compare to my previous company. please guide me
