Hello,
I have started a consultancy service business in UP & to open current account I need any Legally registered document. So, to fulfill this requirement I made an online registration application on www.labour.up.nic.in and took a print out of that application with Challans. But now I need to submit the fees and after making signature on the printed application I have to post it but I am confused that where to make the payment of fees & where to post this application?
Please help in this matter at the earliest.
Thanks in Advance.

A departmental inquiry is instituted against a person for negligence of duties and manipulates the govt policies. The accused person whom inquiry is instituted, they said to inquiry officer that firstly show me etc etc letters then I will go for proper inquiry. The inquiry officer writes letter to the HOD that please give me these etc etc letter. Can the burden of the letters which the accused person demands show itself??? Is there any provision in the law that accused person itself show and defend itself for inquiry ??? Who has onus to prove ??? Please guide.

Sir,
Our comppany has project office in Afghanistan. I came to know that management willing to transfer there because no is willing to go there.Three years back management transfereed me to my near to my home town, my performance was very good but posted me only for one year. Who replaced me, although his performance was not that much good but management extended his tenure twice i.e. almost three years. His tenure is extended only for personal reason (internal politics) not on the basis of performance.
If they transferred me there (unwilling to go there)am I will get any legal remedy against this internal politics.
Please help me.

Dear Sir,
Many people are working one Dealer who is dealing in Industrial Spares. The Company is doing turnover of 15 crores. The group company employed more than 50 people for the services, but there is no ESI and PF for all people. What Law says, this company is running from 1992.
Also the company office time is 9.30 AM to 9.00 PM, only 30 minutes lunch break.
There is no leave for any employees, even on government Bandth, the salary is deducted. For this where we have to lodge a complaint and what is the legal opinion from your side.

I was working in a central govt dept and got VRS on 3rd Apr 2006 to get settled in Canada permanently with my children. Got all retirement benefits and my pension was also fixed. Informed my office of my Canadian address on arriving Canada in May 2006.
On 25th May 2007 received a Memo containing a charge against me under rules 14&15 of CCS(CCA)1965 & Rule 9 of CCS (Pension Rules)1972
Requested for some documents for preparing a meaningful statement of defence, but was refused.Honouring the decision a Statement of Defence was sent to the office on 2 Jan 2008.
Was informed about setting up an Internal Inquiry on 20Jul 2008
I have now been asked to come for a Preliminary Hearing (PH) in Feb 2013 and based on that they would decide for Regular Hearing. It may take any amount of time.
I also want the case to be closed as I feel I am just a victim of some manipulative tactics and have not done anything against the interest of my office. I have a clean record of 31 years of service.
I am not employed and have no income of my own & dependent on my married daughter. What ever pension I get I give it to them to partly compensate our expenditure.
I can not afford coming to India and stay there for the Internal Inquiry. I have no one left in India and have no place to stay there. I had never imagined such an episode in my life, as I was known for hard work and honesty.I though want to finish off the case as I am getting feelers that if I don't go to attend the Preliminary Hearing they may make a cut in my pension. I am however not sure.
I may also inform that presently I am a citizen of Canada. Pl help.
It would give me a great satisfaction if respected experts can help me coming out of such a situation. I shall always remain thankful for their advise. God Bless !
