Respected sirs, An production workman suffered cerebral stroke at home.at present holds sixty percent disability certificate by govt.hospital.as the individual not doing his designated job company has given him option for doing designated job or leave the job with some compensation.It is non work-injury so not attributed to company job.workers union pressing for keeping him in service other than designated job.how to defend? pl.suggest. If company is under the pressure of the union then such person can be got retained on some lesser laborious job in consonance with his disability and if no suitable job is found then company need not to bow to the illegal demand of the union and should do what ever has been mentioned in the query.
