I am a regular employee of IIM Raipur, which is funded by MHRD/Govt. of India. Recently, openings have been released by UPSC for Asst Provident Fund Commissioner Posts wherein age concession/relaxation has been given for central government employees by 5 years.

Dear Sir,
Background of the case.
My employer (A Private Ltd Co) had advertised for Finance Manager. I have been selected and company issued me an offer letter as a “Finance Manager”. I resigned from my earlier permanent job and joined the company. When I joined the company, they designated me as a “Senior Accountant” (No change in Salary) and issued me an appointment letter with 6 months probation period.
Issue:- After completion of my probation period, in Feb 15 company issued me an letter to extend the probationary period for further 3 months. The reason has been given the reason “Performance is no satisfactory”. On one fine morning HR department told me that they want to appoint a Chartered Accountant on my place. They have appointed a Chartered Accountant and told me to resign and leave the company at the earliest. Still I am working, but my job may go at any time. I am M Com by qualification having 24 years experience. My age is 51 years. I have left my permanent job.
Company never told me about reason for dissatisfaction of the management. HR director just told me that I do not have any experience in manufacturing industry, but I have more than 12 years experience from the manufacturing companies. I have mentioned everything in my CV. HR director interviewed me and the send me for final interview to the Company’s auditor.
HR director interviewed, company’s auditor tested my knowledge, experience and skill for the job then they appointed me and now company wants to remove me.
Sir, the actual problem is ego of HR director which I feel. The reason is that, on my first day of my joining the company, I have objected on re-designation and expressed my dissatisfaction. I didn’t have any alternate but to accept the changed designation as a “Sr Accountant”. I wrote a letter for the changed designation (with the HR directors permission) to the Chairman and copy marked to him as well as Sr. Accounts Manager but HR director didn’t like this. He is taking the revenge on me by removing me.
Sir in this situation, does any law protect me to save my job?. Can I sue to the company, if yes, under which law and section? At the age of 51 years where I will go? For one person’s ego I can’t leave the job. I requested HR director, assured to improve my performance, but this heartless person does not ready to listen me.
I have been informed me that after one year of completion of my service, I can sue to the company. Is it correct? Secondly, next month what should be my course of action when they will issue me a termination letter?
Please advice.

I got My home POP work from some one .
and his total bill was around 1 lakhs . I paid him around 85000 but due to some problem I was not able to pay him the rest . After sometime what I see the work done by him was bad and it was of substandard .
So I asked him to fix it first then I will pay the rest . But instead of fixing he went to labor commission and made a wrong complaint that He has been working in my house for past 6 months and we haven't payed anything to him and now he is demanding 172000 from me the total amount .
Although a person is there in whose presence i have given the money but now labour people are not listening to me and asking me to settle this matter what should I do because they are not listening to me other either doing enquiry to know the truth what should i do please help me . I have been asked to go to labour court for mediation

1. Offer letter issued in one company & getting work done for other sister concern companies also. Whether it is valid? If not, whom shall I complain?
2. minimum wages is not paid earlier 5 years & now they are paid. Whom shall I complain?
3. There is lot of harassment is happening which no employee is ready to complain & also even management itself is giving the harassment. How do i complain to labour department without disclosing my name.

I had initiated my PF transfer online on 20-Jan-2015 and same was approved by Employer later the the request get rejected as there was father's name mismatch in PF database and employer. When I made inquiry with PF office (Thane-Maharashtra) I came to know the reason of rejection and they told me to ask your employer to submit a letter. The employer submitted the letter along with Form 5 and shared the acknowledgement with me. Now whenever i am calling to PF office they are saying no letter being submitted. Now employer as well as PF office is not cooperating. Please guide me to resolve the issue.

Payment of gratuity
Myself Dilip Balvant Kulkarni joined in Mitcon Consultancy & Engg. Services, Pune as Sr. Vice President on 7th Sept. 2006.
My date of birth is 18th Dec. 1952.
As per the service conditions date of superannuation is on completion of age of 58. In my case it would have been 18th Dec. 2010. However , Mitcon management extended my services beyond the date of super annuation and I retired from the service as at the close of business on 31st March 2015.
I completed total continuous service of 8 years 6 months and 24 days as on date of my retirement i.e. 31st March 2015.
However, I was denied payment of gratuity on the that I have not completed minimum five years of service as on date of super annuation i.e. 18th Dec. 2010, though my services were extended by the Mitcon management upto 31st March 2015.
Please advise me
1. Whether I am eligible for gratuity considering my total service upto 31st March 2015 ( 8 years 6 months & 24 days)including extension in service.
2. I am eligible , what period will be considered for calculation of gratuity.
Thanking you,
