Sir I am working in central govt office as group c I want your suggestion regarding" as I have lost office safe key in absent mind as having family problems, I have rewarded 1 year increment held up and recovery of key repair charges after represantation to charge sheet but in the same case as another employee lost safe key before one year he awarded only 3 months increment held up and also he has not given safe repair amount". please suggests me sir. This is my humble request sir.

My friend is Mr sukhpreet singh is very poor. His occupation is barber. he admitted his wife in the civil hospital for delivery but on duty the doctors did not care her and her wife gave birth a male child in the general ward without any medical assistance. Due to the negligence of hospital staff and doctor his baby went in serious condition.He has to taken his child to private hospital and the private hospital charged 70000 thousand but the baby was saved. Sir now he wants to file the case against civil hospital but he has not hire the lawyer becoz he is very poor and all the saved money has spent on the treatment of his baby.please tell me he can get free legal aid and what is the procedure.

Dear Experts,
I am working in a factory and one of our employee got accident while he went out to perform official duty.
Now in case should i need to fill accident form prescribed under factory act and intimate the same to factory office or Factory act not apply to above case as accident occurred out side factory premises.
Already we have GPA and the employee get benefits of that.
Your expertise if shared will be very much appreciated n acknowledged.

CAT order in my favor 14 August 2015
Dept didn't implement.
I want to file contempt.
Learnt that dept filed (21 June) condonation of delay to appeal against CAT order in High Court. As on date (22 July) I didn't receive any notice.
Meanwhile deadline to file contempt is too close (13 August).
After I file contempt, condonation is admitted, my contempt petition will not be entertained.
If I wait and nothing is known about dept appeal by 14 Aug I forego filing contempt.
In a fix.
Please advice.
As per CAT Order there is no time period within which date CAT order was to be implemented.
Asked the department to implement the order thrice in these 11 months.

Is there any opinions that I could resign my government job today and later after one or two years I could rejoin it back.. I want to keep the door open for me in future.. I have a fear factor that I may have to return to my current job if I didn't sucessed in my current future plans.. Or is there any other ways to get leaves for one or two years.. I have strong family problems.. I could not go to my current job due family circumstances.. Please please guide me.. It's urgent

My name is purav gajjar i worked in pvt ltd broker firm here i have to give exams for to do business exams conducted by Nation Insurance academy i pass the examinations the certificate is with my employer i resigned from the job last week when i asked for my certificate give back the hr department denied to give me back said that is is not a company policy to give back certificate to employees, now without that certificate no company will hire me i am a middleclass man fulfilling my family's need on my own earnings please help me ....

Respected sir
on 18 july 2016 i went for an interview at vision unlimited sector 34 chandigarh,they ask me to move to genpact company for the interview i went there for interview and was shortlisted but neither i have signed any document nor any letter
neither i have received an offer letter but the vision unlimited is making call to me saying they will blacklist me if i wont join the company.
but i have received any letter from genpact .
please tell me the remedy for the same
i want to take action against them for blackmailing me
