I m a commerce graduate...and I am working in oil mines. Management has forced me to work in mines...whether there is any restriction as per omr or mines act to appoint only qualified persons in mines. can my company post me in mines though I do not posses any technical qualification. my appointment letter clearly states that I have to serve anywhere as per the company's descritionary powers. can a company do that ? my point is whether a company appoints a doctor and later on divert him to the field duty..................

Hi,
If the company not deducting any PF from salary, than after the retirement or resignation, is it possible to do the claim for PF ? If yes, than what is the legal procedure for that.

Hi,
I wants to know that if any company doing salary late every month, not of fix date any day of month of all the employee and in the installment, instead of full salary, is it viable ? Or employee can take the necessary legal step for that ?

hello,
i am pujari in temple of Shiva. i am at their since last 25 years. the temple has trust of temple. the trust can not providing me any income of their income. the trust income is about 200000 per year. the trust is not registered trust. so if i wants to make demand of salary from trust then it is possible or not for me to get salary from trust ?
please give me advice for that.
the trust is not using income in any form of temple use.
if i wants to make any action against trust then what is process for that ?
