sir, i m working as a centr coordinator for a competitive exams. according to the offer leter of the company if i leave the job without giving 3 months notice than i have to pay them 51000/- i joined two months back and this agreement will terminate itself after 1 year but now my boss is making pressure to do marketing job as well. but i am not interesed in that even she threatens to hold my salary if i dont do marketing. n she abuses & harass me. at the time of appointment i gave them cheque of 51000/- but i was told to sign offer letter as wel as undertaking on stamp paper for a cheque i signed the offer letter but not the undertaking. nw help me what to do. if i leave the the job then they will encash my cheque & if the cheque bounce or i ask my bank for stop payment i will b under legal consequences under Ni Act sec 138. suggest how to come out of the problem. whether not signing undertaking on stamp paper can help me to come out of this without paying them any thing.

hi, i am law graduate. i m working with an institute of competitive examination as a coordinator. fristly they are not harasing me & m in such a pressure that they want me to do marking as wel. wenevr i try to have words with my boss she goes beyond the limit. now she wants that i should not even dress well my performance is not up to the mark in marketing as it is not my forte.n if i leave the company i have to pay them 51000/- so dnt knw what to do. help me pls.

I am working in a pharma company.1 Year back I was working with a capacity of Zonal Sales Manager i.e 3rd Line Manager. Company changed its structure and sent me back to the field as a Trainee Sales Manager which is 2nd Line position with a clause if not performed will be reverted as a Business Manager which is 1st Line manager.
I retained business in good condition for 2 months and in 3rd month gone negative growth.Since the beginning of 4th month my senior did not allowed me to take meeting of juniors for development of business. Neither he acted upon the given suggestions for business improvements.
I were given demotions and sent to Vashi area which is far from my home. They thought that i will leave the company,but i did not. I conveyed to my talking to other that i will not leave the company i am ready to work at a lowest post also and it will be the defeat of company and not mine.
My immediate seniors tried to harrase me but i did not responded and kept on working. It has passed 9 months working as a demoted person but i am getting good salary 60000/-Per Month and I know that company can not remove me unless i do any unethical or nondisciplinary issues.
I am fighting for my survival in company
should i Continue with fighting spirit or should i change the company.
Company has policy to remove old people who have got good salary package by demotions or transfer. If they will transfer me in other state as per company policy they need to give me Additional HRA of 12000/Per Month.
What should i do ? How to prevent harrasment ?

the government of AP issued orders automatic increments. for SGP pl give eligible and during the period stoppage of one increments with cumulative is imposed.
Example:
the employee joined as Teacher on 01.02.2004
he has completed 6years of service on 31.02.2010.
final orders issued stoppage of one increments on 07.03.2006. is the service countable for SGP

i want to deposit the pf return, but pf department told to us that pf return will be accepted in cd only but i don't know how did i make a cd and what kind of file download in the cd, how did i generated the file. i have download the software from epfo site. plz give me the answer for this query as soon as possible

Removed from service of more than 18 years without any compensation
my friend's father who has been working as an driver with an business man for more than 18 years was removed from the service without any compensation.
is there any way by which compensation for the service can be received.
what ar the procedure and can anyone tell what is the court fees for sending the notice to the employer
he is having the certificate issued by the employer stating that the said man was working for so and so date , will it be enough to prove the period of service for compensation
