I request the expert to kindly guide me and provide me information on the following- After joining and currently woking against reserved category (OBC category)seats/vacancies can OBC category candidates be adjusted/migrated against unreserved seats which became available on the later stages of recruitment process due to the reason that some of the provisionally selected candidates in unreserved category found ineligible for the post after verification on the basis of their merit in the selection exam.

Departmental Promotion Committee was held on 4-12-2011 for promotions to the cadre of UDC. As per the seniority certain candidates were promoted. On 21-4-2012 the seniority list of LDCs was revised with retrospective effect ie., w.e.f. 1-9-2011 based on the High Court orders. As per the revised seniority list prepared on 21-4-2012, one of the promoted UDCs is reverted as LDC as he was not getting his turn as on the date of (4-12-2011) of DPC based on the revised seniority list. Now review DPC is convened on 11-5-2012 and no decision is taken as there is a doubt about the eligibility criteria and the position is as follows:-
One of the LDCs who was overlooked on 4-12-2011 due to non passing of departmental test has passed the same between 4-12-2011 (original date of DPC) and 21-4-2012 (the date on which revised seniority list prepared) can be considered for promotion or otherwise.
It may kindly clarified the following:-
The LDC who was not qualified as on the date of original DPC i.e., 4-12-2011 and who subsequently qualified due to passing the departmental test after 4-12-2011 and before 21-4-2012 (the date on which revised seniority list drawn) can also be considered along with other for promotion in the review DPC which is held on 11-5-2012.
OR
Only the eligible candidates as on 4-12-2011 (the original DPC date) can be considered for promotion in the review DPC which is held on 11-5-2012.

Sir,I have been working in ICMR, Dept. of Health Research, MoHFW, GOI since 1988. Recently in response to an advertisement by AIIMS for recruitment of Assistant Professor in various discipline, I submited my application on line to the concern and sent other documents by post as it was mentioned in the advertisement that "those working in central/state Govt./Public sector should submit NOC from their employer at the time of interview or at the time of joining". I was shortlisted for the interview, hence, I made a request to my controlling officer to forward my application to the appointing authority to issue 'NOC" with a copy of my application and other relevnt documents as attached with the original application two weeks before the date of interview. I was denied 'NOC' by the controlling officer, who told me verbally that I did not apply "through proper channel", which was not mentioned in the original advertisement. Despite this, I faced the interview and expecting that I would be selected. But if I don't get NOC I will not be able to join the new post. This will completely jeopardise my career.
Please suggest me, what to do and what would be the best option for me in this situation.

My father is working in a private company.He was been transferred from one generating station to other generating station.Due to some politics of the Union of the company my father's post has been decreased due to which his increment and appraisal has been got stuck.
One of his colleague filed a case against the company and they got the order in his favour.But when my father approached the H.R. Department and Personal officer for the said order they denied to give the order and under this circumstances .Please help what are steps to be taken so that my father can overcome from this situation.As we doesn't gets his actual designation than after retirement his pension amount will be very low as compared to the original amount.
Note: His period of duty is only 6 years.
At the time of transfer the company only said that its mere a change of place not the post

if a employee came under ESI contribution and later his gross salary cross Rs.15000, then now he is still liable to contribution or not?

Hello,
Here i am posting about my problem..
please give me perfect suggestions ASAP.
i joined with one company under contract of 2 years,
while joining i submitted my certificates in original.
got completed a service of 9 months.
now my health was not supporting to attend job work and permanently i thought to relieve from work.
i presented the same thing to my HR with proofs of doctor certificates.
She was replying me 2 points
1. have to train new people up to 45 days from now and collect certificates after completion of 1 year
2.no point on surrendering certificates now.
how come i will get my certificates back from them?
going with legal approach possible?
i am too poor in this case and please assist me in getting back those certificates..

Sir,
i was passed in department exam for Postmaster Grade 1st. i declinated from this pramotion ,but department have not accept my declination. department said to me you r willinglg appear in exam and have to decline defore appointment order.
your appointment order has been issued by compentant authority.so your declination has not been accepted . so your have go to for pramotion.
r u have any solution for declinatation.
