Dear Sir
I have Resigned from Company and I have completed 4 years 9 months in same Organisation will i am Eligible for Gratuity.
As per Judgment from Supreme Court:
"Yes, by virtue of the judgment of Supreme Court rendered under the provisions of the Industrial Dispute Act in Surendra Kumar Verma vs. Central Govt. Industrial Tribunal,[(1980) (4) S.C.C.433)], it is enough that an employee has a service of 240 days in the preceding 12 months and it is not necessary that he should have completed one whole year’s service. As the definition of continuous service in Industrial Dispute Act and Payment of Gratuity Act are synonymous, the same principal can be adopted under the act also and hence an employee rendering service of 4 year 10months 11days is considered to have completed 5 years continuous service under sec.4(2) and thereby is eligible for gratuity

Hi,
I want to inquire that I had left the previous company of mine on June, where I was working as a Branch Manager but even after the proper hand-over over the mail I am not getting my relieving letter and FnF.
The reason being provided to me is that there was complaint from one of the client on one of my junior employee during the tenure of my employment, but the complaint was recieved post my leaving the organisation.
Kindly advice how do I get my FNF and relieving letter and also the authorities to whom I can approach for the same.
Thanks

My company did not pay my salaries & dues for 3 months that is why i resigned. I have appointment letter, acceptance of resignation & relieving certificate. It is almost a year now the dues are not cleared inspite of repeated reminders.I filed a written complaint against employers in local police on misappropriation of my dues but no action. Suggest remedy.

Dear Sir, My company is using Intranet for internal communication. Zonal HR Head has sent me a letter and asked me explanation on certain issue in a time frame, since he had not specified through which medium I should reply and to which address also he has given me only 24 hr to reply.
Thus I had sent in mail as I have found only one mail Id in his name of Zonal office.
In case he deny that he has not received any thing than what to do?
