Me and my second cousin want to get married, we would like to know the legality of this marriage and under which acts we can get married and the consequences of this marriage.
Provided i have read the supreme court verdict about live in relationship will be presumed as marriage after certain time. How well that be applicable in our situation if we just stay in a live in together?
He is my mother's mother's brothers son.

my mom is a present senior most in college she is MA.MED. and now the institue is denying to give her d post accordng to her seniority and her education status for no specific reason . where do go for this whom do i approach?

i resigned my state govt job with my personnel
problem and after 4 month i applied for my
withdrawal of my resignation and same time
when i sending my withdrawal of resignation i
find out that my resignation letter had not been
dispatched for headquarter with some official
problem ant it stayed till the date but my
withdrawal of resignation dispatched to
headquarters by through proper channel . no
communication had been made till yet by my
deptt. i also send two reminder on the basis of
my withdrawal of resignation and to reume the
service . but after 10 month still no
communication made. so i filed RTI� in march
2015 with some question and they replied after
26 days that my indian postal order is wrong
because i write payable to PUBLIC INFORMATION
OFFICER,UTTAR PRADESH JAL NIGAM LUCKNOW
AND PAYABLE AT LUCKNOW They replied that i
have to payable for अधिशाषी अभियंता
उत्तरप्रदेश जलनिगम लखनऊ।। so they refused to
ans and ask for bribe 60000 rupees what should
i do for next please help me . . . and still today
no iintimation regarding acceptance or any for
my resignation and so it shows my rresignation
is not aaccepted. . . plgg help

I got reliving letter in which there is designation Mismatch.on offer letter its showing Store leader. But in reliving letter Associate. Due to this my current company hold my confirmation. Now my old company is denying for rectification. What should I do know

Hello sir,
I am Shyju , working as staff nurse at Jai prakash narayan apex trauma center(JPNATC)_AIIMS, new Delhi. Now I got selection in National institute of mental health and neuroscience (NIMHANS) BANGALORE, as a staff nurse.Both are Central govt. Autonomous institutions, so applied for a technical resignation for 3 month period, so I have requested for 3 months extension for joining at NIMHANS.But they granted only one month(on or before29/7/2015),if I cannot join before the above date my selection automatically canceled and they will call for next wait listed candidate. I asked about this problem in my current institution, JPNATC, they said if I am resigning before three month , I have to pay balance period salary which is about more than a lakh. So I would request what should I do to get the extension. I saw in DOPT rules, may allow an employ to get an extension maximum up to 9 months, but I don't know which is applicable in my case. Please give me a solution.

I am selected as Assistant Commandant(AC) in CISF 2013 and my joining is on 21 September 2015. In the mean time i also got selected in the state services as DSP in Police of which i m waiting for the joining. My joining for DSP might come around during my training for the AC and i will be quiting AC and join DSP. Since at the time of applying for the DSP i wasn't allocated the force so i wasn't able to take NOC. AS benefit is also admissible to Government servants who applied for posts in same or other Departments before joining Government service and on that account the application was not routed through proper channel. The benefit will be allowed if at the time of joining i intimate the authorities about DSP on their joining.
will i be eligible for technical resignation or not?

Clarity on 4 years and 190 days for gratuity
Dear experts,
Can some one clarify why and how 4 years and 190 days is eligible for gratuity in an organization which works 5 day in a week.
Is there any company which has paid gratuity to its employees for completing 4 years and 190 days..?
If someone has received gratuity after completing 4 years and 190 days..? Please let me know..!!!
I have served for 4 years and 220 days in a company which operates 5 days in a week. But my company is sticking with 240 days for providing gratuity.
Please let me know how I can convince my company in case if I'm eligible for gratuity.!!!!!
