Sir,
I worked in a company in Hyderabad for a month ..since my health did not permit and also due to my family position, I came back to Chennai.. I had sent a formal e mail to my HR and manager that I am resigning due to ill health and cannot service the notice period or travel or stay there due to my health .. My manager called me today and told me that if I do not serve the notice period , they will take legal action against me .. I checked in the offer letter and this clause is there .. But my question is .. this process is a new one and by the time I get relieved, they would not even have the process in India !!!.. there is no use keeping me and training me as I would leave before the process goes live. Can I contest them if they file a legal case against me .. I can get a doctor certificate for my back spasm but it does not require hospitalization .. Please advice

Contract workers are directed to contribute 1.75% of their wage monthly towards INSURANCE SCHEME. But no medical treatment agency or card is provided. Is it in order?

In any circumstances or without serving the notice if i leave my company then do the company have the power to hold my pf where the pf is being mentained under the trust.

Hello experts,
I am working with one of the listed companies in india since 10 months. Now i am a permanent emplyoyee but at time of accepting the offer letter where it was mentioned that my notice period will be one month once. A singned copy by head hr of the company of the offer letter is shared with me but the same is not signed and returned back by me. Now i want to quit due to some issues coming in office.am i legally bound to give one month notice to the company.
Also as per my offer latter and ctc breakup where gratuty is part of my ctc so is tje company liable to pay ex gratia gratuty if i seperate my self from the company.

Hi
I am posting this query on behalf of my father. He is working for Bank of Baroda from past 35 years or even more. His retirement is due in 2 years.
He was transfered to Gujarat 6 years back after promotion for Rural tenure, which was supposed to be for 3 years. Now 6 years have gone but still they are not ready to send him back inspite of constant applications and requests.
Being alone at this age he is under deep mental stress and agony.
He himself has medical condition and even my mother is a heart patient. We are no longer in a situation to cope up this trauma and harassment being given to us.
People are being transfered constantly from gujarat to their home town back after their tenure completion. But only he is being harassed by the officials at senior positions.
Please advice me, how we can file a mental harassment case for the torture we are suffering till date and get justice by getting the deserved action and compensation.
VERY URGENT AND CRITICAL SITUATION. PLEASE HELP.

My pf no mh/ban/43628/006044
I have not received the claimed money and also there is no response from the allied digital services limited office pune.
My resign date is 31May 2012.
please give me suggestion

An employee in charitable hospital at the time of offer of appointment under terms and conditions accept offer of appointment. Later after 5 years another hospital are opened by the Society. They take under taking from all employees that they can be transfer to another unit any time. My query is that can employee change in court that at the time of offer of appointment this condition was not mentioned and they have got it signed after 5 years when another hospitals were opened. Please reply

Regarding harresment
Dear Sir
I joined an MNC 4 months back,first 3 months was quite normal but by 4th month they started toturing me without any reason, they tries to mentally disturbing me due to that i got ill and had lots of complications,like i feel weakness my platelets got down, i mailed all the reports to my boss, but the behaviour is same. Kindly let me know that what shoul i do?
