Sir,
I am Aravind, working as Geologist,, Geological Survey of India. I want to study MA Public Administration in IGNOU in distance mode. What are the things i have to do? My competent authority is Director General. Whether i have to just intimate about higher studies or I have request for permission for pursuing higher studies. Kindly give me the guidance please.

I have been selected for the common interview of IBPS PO.While applying for the job I mentioned mine as unemployed.But after applying for that I had joined a PSB as a clerk.Do I need to produce any NOC from my bank at the time of interview?

I have been removed from a PSU insurance company after 38 years of unblemished service, due to Unauthorised Absence of more than 90 days. I have submitted Medical Certificates stating my ill health and depression. My appeal for reinstatement has also not been answered for last 4 months.I have only 8 months left for retirement. I am a penson optee and this removal will deny me of my terminal benefits, gratuity and pension.Is there any way whereby I can claim reinstatement or my benefits??
Pls help me out.

working in central govt. I had to go to temp.duty by Air India flight economy class at 10 A.M. Due to traffic Jam I was late by 2 minutes and therefore could not get the boarding pass. A new ticket had to be purchased for another flight at 1 P.M on the same date. Thus I lost around Rs. 5500/- on the old ticket as no amount was refunded. Can I get this amount reimbursed from the govt. as I was going for temp. duty and the flight was missed because of Traffic jam.
Pl. let me know the authority/Rules thanks

I was working in a merchant navy company named Tag offshore, Indian company head office in Mumbai. They are not depositing my last month salary as I was signed off from the ship. I mailed them many times but no reply from their side. Please suggest me.

This is with connection with the recent amendments proposed by the Legal Metrology Department. Would request clarifications on declaration of both the factory address and the registered office address on the retail package or only the registered office address is required.

I was imposed a punishment of "withholding of one Increment for five years" on 20.07.2011
My stagnation (2nd and final) increment was due in July 2008. Which was sanctioned on 13-08-2013. The delay of five years in the sanctioning of this increment was "Oversight"
The punishment could not be imposed as there "no increment was due after the penality order.
In the meanwhile I have not been considered for promotion. Duly sanctioned increment (due on July 2008 sanctioned on 13-08-2013) has not been released.
Despite repeated reminders no response has been given by my seniors.
What should I do?

Need help, I work for an It company. I was on 3 months paid maternity leave, as my baby was pre mature I had to extend my leave.I have asked the company to extend the leave for 5 months( without pay) but it was extended for 2 months. After 2 months I have requested the company to extend it further, but I am told that it is not possible to extend. As there was no one to look after my baby and I don't want to keep a 4 month old baby in cherche I choose to resign. I have been told that I have to either serve the 3 months notice period or had to pay 3 months gross salary which comes to 1.5 lacs. I can't afford to pay such a huge amount. I don't have any dependency, nor I have been allocated to any project can't the company waive off the notice period and relieve me immediately. Please help me on this Asap.

Company is not providing my previous after resigning from jo
Dear Sir,
I (Sahil Sood), is working in HDFC AMC Ltd. and I am hired through
Randstad my job roll is off roll. I receive quarterly incentive on
basis of the sales which is done in quarter. On the day of joining I
received call from HR department of HDFC AMC Ltd. that I will be
receiving incentive of all previous quarters but not of that quarter
in which I am resigning. I put my resignation on Nov 2, 2015 and now
company is refusing me to pay incentive of July - September quarter as
they are saying its our HR policy, if its mentioned in their HR policy
they have not stated me neither in my offer letter nor verbally. Even I had excel file of incentive to be received as its has been sent by company official person to me which is due of previous quarter
Please kindly provide my direction what should be done to get my
rightful money back.
