Sir I and my wife is government employees in same University in Haryana. Government quarter is allotted to my wife. I am not living with my wife in same quarter and i filed a case section 9 in Haryana court. University was not paid to me house rent allowance and not give government quarter. My wife is negative approach for live with me. Kindly advise and any rule for regarding can I avail house rent allowance or government quarter. Plz plz give me rule how i can get house rent allowance or government quarter.

Dear Sir,
Currently i am working in a Govt PSU as a contractual employee and my contract for 3 year.During my contract period i if i wants to apply for any job in other Govt organization or PSU then i required to take NOC from my current company for other job application? because all Govt/Semi govt/PSU ask for NOC from your current Govt employer. So please clarify this rule is only applicable for permanent employee or also for contractual employee.

AS PER CENTRAL LABOUR COMMISSIONER OFFICE GOVT. OF INDIA THE DAILY WAGES FOR A SECURITY GUARD WITH ARMS IS RS 710/- PER DAY AS ON 01/04/2017. NOW IF A SECURITY GUARD WORKS FOR 26 DAYS IN A MONTH, HIS SALARY IS BELOW 21000/-. BUT IF I BEING A PROPRIETOR TAKES WORK FOR 30 DAYS FROM THAT GUNMAN AND HIS SALARY EXCEEDS 21000/-. WILL HE BE ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS AS PER BONUS ACT.?

Sir, High Court has allowed our Writ Petition one month back. Yesterday only copy of Judgement is placed in Website. The certified copy is yet to come from High Court as we were informed that it will take one or two days more. My query is in the Judgement, it is mentioned that petitioner must submit the copy of this Judgement to the petitioner within two weeks and petitioner should respond within two months.The time duration mentioned in order copy refers to the day from which certified copy is received or the day from which Judgement is announced??

On 16th August 2017, after successful completion of almost 20 years of service with an educational institute, my brother has been served a notice to discontinue his services with immediate effect. Firstly he was asked to resign and on his refusal to resign, they initially threatened him to terminate. In 20 years of his services there was nor a single complaint about his behavior or performance.
Please advise if it is legal to discontinue services of any employee? what action we should take against such practices.

Sir,I am working as Field executive in a Central government office for the last 5 years.From July 2017,I was allotted a NEW field work, which I had no experience of doing earlier.My supervisor found some mistake at the time of inspection and reported to Regional Head, who took it very seriously and talked to my Office in charge that he is going to suspend me.Kindly reply what i should do.

I am joining psu and in the attestation form it is asking for "whether u have pending case in the court of law" should i write no??

I had filed SCA in high court. respondents were served notice by high court. they prefer not to appear. judge give oral order last month. "Rule. Expedited. Now how much time will it take for final hearing. What are the court rules of final hearing. Any estimated time frame under which court has to decide the matter...Is there any rule to expedite my matter on urgent basis or fast track....

Compassionate appointment in andhra pradesh
I was applied for the post of junior assistant in april/2016 with intermediate qualification under compassionate grounds but the government extended the qualification from intermediate to degree for that post on 12/05/2015. so I was appointed as office subordinate on 21/07/2016 and I was joined in my duty on 22/07/2017. But on 18/08/2017 government again changed the qualification from degree to intermediate . so that my junior applicants will get higher cader than me with the qualification as like me itself. Is there any option to make convert my cader from Office subordinate to Junior assistant. what can I do now?
