Our organization introduced new technical service rules for technical staffs and asked option from staffs. Many are opted and a few non-opted. Non- opted seniors getting low pay than juniors opt. My representation is rejected as non- opt staffs are different cadre and stepping up of pay can not considered. Now what to do? file a case in CAT? sir guide.....

I have joined at Aiims Jodhpur in 07/11/2017 as a grade 2 staff nurse.Now I got an offer letter to do a course in I Australia ( Initial registration of overseas Registraterd nurse).it is 9week Course.after completing it will come back.So I would like to take extra ordinary leave.So am I eligible for that????

I have filed SCA in Hon. Gujarat high court in the year 2015 vide ref SCA/9563/2015 regarding my termination after a prohibition case registered against me. The same was dismissed vide order dtd 19/02/2016 stating various reasons. You can see the order at http://gujarathc-casestatus.nic.in/gujarathc/tabhome.jsp.
Can I file review petition now as our quantum of punishment is highest against other officer who also were associated in the same case and got some minor punishment like stopping of increment and stepping down, while we 2 persons were terminated.
Would you please advice what should I do?
P.S. criminal case is still pending in lower court and dont know when it will end. The case is in order state since last one years.
I worked for a reputed company which is amongst the biggest companies in india, but the HR didn't updated my father's name in PF UAN/account number, due to this I am unable to get it transfer to my new company or I can't even take claim also. When I was in the company I requested for the updation of basic details he neglected ever time, I left the company almost 8 months back but still the update not happening and when I ask the main HR they always takes one month time but for no use.

Due to less projects in my company. they asked me to leave the company however its only one month short to gratuity completion. . i think they are purposely taking me out , so that they don't need to give gratuity. What should i do in this case
I served as a regular central govt employee Doordarshan from March 2002 to Nov 2009. All India Radio and Doordarshan were clubbed together and Prasar Bharat Board was formed who came in effect in 2007. The employee who had joined jobs before Oct 2007 were holding govt job status. I was in scale of 5000-8000 and existing EAs were in 6500-10,500. Later for equal work and equal pay the court asked to give all EA who have joined before Oct 2007 the same scale ie 6500-10500. The same was provided for existing EAs. I resigned the job in Nov 2009 tendering technical resignation and joined DGAQA Min of Defence. Now when I approached All I dia Radio/ Doordarshan/ Prasar Bharat,t they are denying the arrears saying that I have left job and hence I shall not be paid. Since I have worked in same conditions as of existing EAs from March 2002 to Nov 2009, I believe I must be paid the same scale and arrears must be paid to me. This enhancement may also add my salary in pressent deptt due to pay fixation due to this enhancement. Please Can some expert advise me and take my case at Delhi CAT and let me know the avg cost of the case.
if i will got job in govt sector on the bases of govt GNM (nursing ) course. when i getting education in Nursing in regular mode and also get education in BA at same time and get govt facilities(like Scollership & Stipend) from both educational side this case is opened in my job then what happen in my job or what effects on my job
i was suffering from jaundice and so while i was on sudden leave due to illness, the bank(govt. bank) relieved me and transferred to other branch, due to ill health i was unable to join, but bank has compelled me to join and to force me to join during my fever, bank stopped my lease residential accomodation facility and also my salary, due to this i joined bank but even after joining, the bank did not realease my pay and allowances .
what legal course i should adopt?
The controlling Authority passed orders for the payment of gratuity.The Management filed an appeal duly remitting the award amount to the Contolling Authority.The appeal fails and the Management filed appeal in High Court. But no stay was ordered. The case is pending for the last five years in High court.But the controlling authority refuses to disburse the amount pointing the High Court case. Whether action of the controlling Authority to refuse payment is as per law. If not what is the remedy.
Conditional deposit short payment in hc
Hi,
In HC , for granting stay of order ( of property Attachment by Lower court ) there was condition to deposit 50 %of award amount (INR 15,90,000 ) (in 2 weeks )
but petitioner deposit INR 7,00,000 and ask for extension to deposit -
Extension was allowed for 4 weeks , else stay will be vacate in extension order
Now petitioner deposit INR 8,45,000 in 4 weeks time
Petitioner deposit INR 45,000 less than amount mention in EP Warrant.(1590000-700000-845000)
Please advice me if stay can be vacate because of short amount
if yes, any case laws
