What actions can be taken if a customer unauthorisingly take video of an employee by provoking intentionally to make issue in a branch. What protection is there for a public sector Bank employee?

In the appointment letter following is the exit clause
"Your service can be dispensed at any time from either side by giving atleast one month notice or salary "
one of my old colleague left the organization giving 10 days notice as he had to join by 15th july , but when HR forced him to serve one month compulsorily , he left in 3 days and asked to adjust the notice pay of rest period from his salary as per appointment letter .
HR Threatened him to serve one month compulsorily and Write mail to him as follows :
," thus it is further instructed to resume your duties from tomorrow or else organization is liable to take legal action against you, which include filing a police case against you.
the said employer have very unfair practice toward employees , most of the cases it do not make full and final settlement honestly and deducted most of the amount showing one or other reason and pay just penny. So it is understood that employee like to serve least period after resignation.
can you please suggest legal remedy in this case.

Filed OA in CAT court for transfer order cancellation alongwith interim relief of stay. CAT denied stay but given 04 week time for department to answer querry in OA. Applicant filed writ petition in High Court and High Court gave directives to CAT to consider the case a fresh. Applicant promptly submitted the High Court decision to office but office on same day issued relieving order. Now, querry is when High Court gave directives to CAT and department even not waited for CAT decision whether this amounts contempt of court. The next hearing is after seven days till time whether applicant should comply with relieving order or should file contempt petition. Please guide

Last week I shifted my family from Bangalore to Hyderabad. Our things were packed on the evening of 25th June 2018, by Packers and movers. The promised date of delivery was 27th of the same month. I'm still waiting for my goods as on today the 2nd of July. I was lied on numerous occasions weconcerning the whereabouts of my goods. Had to make nearly 50 to 60 calls to get a proper response. Finally some new guy calls up and says that the delivery would be made tomorrow the 3rd of July, that is after three days beyond the delivery date. This has caused extreme stress on me and my family, a delay in putting my children in school. I just want to know if I can take any action on the logistics company? Can make a claim on the refund of the charges paid?

Sir , I am at a senior position in a Pvt sector Bank and was put under PIP (performance improvement plan) in Dec 2017 due to hostility of my superior towards me.
My management was asking me to resign at the completion of my PIP period which I did not and was asking for a compensation for left over years of salary and waiver of outstanding housing loan before I resign. They insisted me to resign first and then discuss on the compensation issue.
On my not resigning they sent me a termination order 5 days ago on 26th June on my e mail. The original letter is yet to be received by post. Currently I am on medical leave and not attending my office. We have a provision of APPEAL to our MD / Chairman .
Please advise what I need to do . Should I wait for the letter to come by post ? should I attend office or remain on leave and make an appeal to MD.
Is termination order recd on e mail has any legal value.

I had 2 DD's made on 24th of Jan 2017 from my ICICI bank account in favor of a Pvt Ltd company. The beneficiary co. has been charged by ED and STF and their office is sealed. The DD's have been misplaced by me for which I lodged an online FIR. I contact the bank for the cancellation as the amount is with banks suspense account. The asked me for the Indemnity bond, FIR copy and NOC from the beneficiary. I have the Indemnity bond and the FIR copy but cannot obtain the NOC as the co. is sealed and the directors are in Jail with case running against them.
Pl guide me how to get the DD's cancelled.
I am currently working in an public organisation for 2.8 years or more. In response to the minimum wages act or something similar(that's what we have been told), they have applied changes to the salaries of all fresh employees which hasn't been done in my almost 3 years of working. They have an increased basic and also a hike that makes it double my payment. We did receive an hike of a measly amount that doesn't amount to. I feel mistreated. Is this allowed and anything I can do?

Sir i have suspended from my bank in last 25th may 18 due to fraud. I am scale 2 officer. I received suspension order as below..... He has allegedly committed fraud on the bank during his tenure as officer at regiinal office by allowing crediting of varoious amt of rs 87631/- in one fictitios ac, in the name of Payment of CSP Bills/ incentive during the period from 20.11.15 to 21.6.16 and later transferring the entire balance of this ac into the account of his own family member through neft. Whereas the alleged fraudulent acts on the part of staff are quite serious in nature warranting his immediate suspension from bank's service. Sir please advise me what should i do... 1. Yes sir i did it, due to Transfer frustation. And i acepted it in written. 2. I dont received anything else yet now,whenevr i tlk to office they told me,"be wait". 3. How much penality i will face..? 4. What is the possibility of my job.. 5. I want to resign my job... Tell me the process i have to folllow...
