A married woman (who has a valid passport) living with her minor son desires to make a passport for him. But signature of both parents are required in the application. The father is abroad and is most unlikely to cooperate who left the girl and the child in India (Of course as of now no attempt has been made to request him to sign). Can an expert suggest remedy without creating any ripples in the marriage? All that the lady requires is a passport for the minor son. She will be grateful if a suitable remedy is suggested.

My wife filed 498A in July 2012. In certified copy I noticed that police had drawn FIR on an unsigned complaint letter. That complaint letter was not even written by my wife.
Charge sheet is not yet filed by IO
Can I go for Quash in high court for FIR based on unsigned complaint letter not even written by the complainaint

Sir.
Prior to case of 125 husband denied in the answer of notice that jewelry of wife is with husband's parents custody.
During proceeding of 125 while out of court mediation they denied the same.
But during evidence father of husband admitted that they opened the cupboard of wife and found all jewelry there.
Now court has ordered for maintenance.
What is the best way for wife to recover Stridhan/ jewelry from her fatherin law/motherin law/ husband ?

sir but my brother have not taken or filed divorce.n one more thing he is out of country not in india .and becoz they people have loged complain against our family so i wanted to know can my brother file for a divorce now .and they have also send us a notice regarding maintainance .

Sir,
I am in need of Salary Statement of my Husband who works in Reliance Communication at a good position & is posted in Jammu & Kashmir.He has show his salary only Rs 15000/- in his reply to my maintenances suit,I tried to collect the information from his colleagues but they also are not give proper answer.
So,how can get his monthly Salary Statement & other perks or his total annual salary.
As,i didnt have any information how to get & from whom to get it as Reliance people in J&K are not giving same to me.

I am leagle wife of My deceased husband. He was in Defence service after retirement he joined civil servic. He died 2 yr back. I approached for family pension from civil department. They answered that since in the list of family of my husband my name is not in the list of family of my husband so pension cannot be granted. I have Defecence pension certificate of my husband, Distt Social Welfare department certificate , bank pass book, Identy cards and will of my husband all these documents shows me wife of my husband.
Please guide me in this matter

my brothers wife has filed a complaint under the law of dv act against our family.from last 2 yrs she is living with her parents but she have filed a complaint now saying all abt dowry n domestic violence n also have 3yrs child she is misusing of this law and harashing our family n we havnt done all this with her nalso we hav evidences .still the FIR is not filed so ca u help me out of having any option so we can protect us .i also wanted to know can we get anticipatory bail before FIR.

Q) can supreme court force husband to live with her wife? justice order both the parties to appear before court on 29/07/13. earlier mediation has failed in supreme court. i afraid that my wife will try to get sympathy of the court and get transfer petiton of my divorce case allowed in her favour.moreover what shd be my approach in the court?

Sir/madam,
I got married to a Hindu girl against to both our parents. marriage was made on christian marriage act and issued a marriage certificate from the Church. everything on fine till a year and the actual trouble started after that and in one fine day the girl has left saying she had her brother marriage and then got absconded both her and her parents. now its almost 3yr we dont have any contact where about's of her. I havnt give any police complaint hoping she will return. now the things got changed and my hope is on verge I want to remove her name from my passport so that i can apply to overseas visa. Is there any possibility that can get a divorce from the court within days of time or priority basis. now even i dont know where she live? kindly suggest me on thing.
