thing is that my grandfather and my father jointly earned and made property together but registered in grandfather's name;my father have 3sisters of which one died recently.My Grandfather used to be in favour of my father from beginning and now he is harrassing us to leave his house and go away.and also he is interested in giving his property to his two daughters.we are sunni muslims from andhra pradesh.so pls answer my query how to get division?

If the head-family had deserted the family for some years and by the interval of time his reappearance , it was observed that his family members were forced by a miscreants to get his death -certificate to dispose the property in the joint-name of his wife, is it a legal-standing?
How could the miscreants brought to books?
What are the implications on his family- members who were despontent?

Sir,my DV act-property locked?query has been resolved.Thanks.The very next day on 27.11.2009,on court date of my DV case,Judge has called me & wife in his personal chamber & told us to arrive at amicable settlement.He suggested few thing but my loving wife didnt accept that.But I like to ask IS THERE ANY TIME LIMITATION for wife to file 498a case against Husband who is already facing trial of DV act.We have married since 12 years & living separately since 7 mnths without any communication..I heard till 7 yrs after marriage,wife can file 498a on husband. Any other cases,she will probably file?I dont want to harrass my aged parents..Already she is getting maintanance & staying in my owned flat.
Pl do the needful.Waiting for ur expert opinion.

I got married for 6 months. I never had sexual intercourse with my wife as she starts shivering during fore play. She was consulted with phycharist and he had suggested that she is fit only for single life.
She wishes to get divorced. Can anyone suggest the possibility for getting quick divorce as her depression level increase day by day due to her guilty conscious of not being a wife 100%?

Dear Team,
I would like to know if a gift deed can be revoked.
My father had gifted a piece of land to my sister on which there is a house constructed where we( me and my mother) live. My father is no more with us. The gift was done through registerd gift deed.Can we revoke the gift deed? if yes then under what circumstances? and one more question does the donor need to take the consent of others while gifting? Our father had done the gift deed for the purpose of construction of a building as he was over the age of taking loan and I did not have the eligiblity to take loan. Please guide me.

I have still not recieved the response against this. Kindly share your advice on the below.
I married May 2007. After 8 months wife went to her parental house with his father. we tried to settle the things but things were happening again and again.
in Sep 2008 they dragged us to police station and demand money(Rs 10000/month) and also they put the condition to me that i have to visit her parental house every now then just to troucher me and leave under there order. In order to avoid 498 and not to disturb the family and relative, i was ready for above conditions.
For initial month i have sent the amount through Money Order. but for the 2nd month have sent 1500 due to some problem. Immidiatly after that she comeup with thretening call that she will go to police if i dont give her whole amount for the month. i tried to convinced her that will give her in next 1 week. but she forcing me to come to her parental house which is not possible since i am working some other city.
Based on the MO Statment and the her thretening conversation we have sent court notice to come back. But they didint replied and at last they comeup with divorce solution.
in Mar 2009 we have register the first motion. Sep 2009 was the date for 2nd motion. i have given her all the maintenance as well as her gift in the marrage. have the photocopies of that and also mentioned all these details on stamp paper which is made up by some intermediate people. The case is filled in Kolhapur session court, Maharshtra
We have given the same lawayer for both as per there condition.
My query are as below.
In Case Court rejects the 13B application, what should be my strategy. Also if they file 498 against me, so to avoid any trouble to my parents and relatives what things should i do.
Expecting more feeback with some analysis.
