My father and Maternal Grandfather were partner in a business which was run in a rented place of which the rent receipt was in mat. grandfathers name. Before his death mat. gr.father took retirement from the business by making retirment deed and gave the tenency rights to my mother mentioning only after his death to take effect. Now my Mat. Step Grandmother says that she has a will which says that "After Mat. Gr. Father's death within 3 months my mother should vacate the residential premises then only the tenancy rights of the said Workplace be transfered in her name, if she does not vacate then, after six months the Workplace should be transfered in my Mat. Step Uncles Name (My Mama) Please Note : (we stay with my nanaji, my father was a Ghar Jawai). This will was made in 1999, Grandfather died in 2002, but the will was not shown to my mother, so she would have known about the 3 months clause. What legal standing do we have. We have come to know that the will is not probated yet.

I am doing job on temporary basis. My wife has made petition for maintenance towards me
Court has sent samance (warrant) at my office address & calls my colleague to present at court for witness of my salary
I want know can I take letter from company regarding my remuneration certificate or can I arrange my colleague in front of court for witness of my remuneration ?
I am getting remuneration around Rs.30000 per month after deducting TDS
I have one issue & my wife is taking care
How much maintenance I have to pay her?

my wife stays at her parents home since last 1yrs. we dont have any communication as she do not responds any call made to her by any of my family members.
i have not sent any notice to her like rcr as she had threatened to file 498 against me incase i'll send any notice.
now i heard from her neighbor that her family is getting ex-parte divorce without my knowledge as i was against divorce. they may have used my old address where nobody stays now. still her family is not responding for my contact attempt.
how to know weather if i'm divorced by ex-parte divorce or not? no one from her side is ready to tell us anything.
i'm sorry but i cant send any legal notice to her as i'm sure she will file false case on me.
pls help me...

I'm working professional and earning around 30-32 thousand per month as salary. I have huge loans for my own marriage and wife's jeweleries with EMI of 20 thousand per month. This EMI will last for next 5 years. My wife is asking for divorce now, she is also earning with 25-28 thousand per month as salary. We stay separate since last 6 months and have no child.
I want to know about alimony or potagi amount she might ask (by consulting with her lawyer) or court may grant during divorce. I don't have any document to prove that I made all expenses in marriage as most of bills are with her.

Hi I Need help with my brothers divorce case, It was a arranged marriage and we were not informed of the fact that she's a schizio patient and that she was hospitalised before marriage and was even given shock treatments,later on when we did come to know we asked her parents about the whole issue and they lied again saying it is depression ,at which we asked for her case papers and on studying them we found out it was schiziophrenia we also checked the prescripttions with a doc who confirmed that it was the same. we called her parents and told them about the findings at which they rubbished it again.
After some time she stopped her medicines on the pretext that she would not be able to concieve which aggravated her health to a point wherein she would roam arnd the house with a knife she even banged the telephone on my mothers head we tried time and again to get her parents attention but to no avail ,she would constantly doubt my brother saying he is having a affair, to cut the story short she reached a stage wherein she had to be forcibly admitted in mesina hospital , Byculla.
My Family had reached a point wherein we had no other option but divorce coz her parents never took any initiative their attitude was like she is your headache now and not our concern.
We filed for a annullment through the church since we are catholics and we got the annullment becoz the girls aunt testified that we were cheated but in family court front we are losing coz as a girl you get all the sympathy,we tried moving the high court but it failed , we have filed a cheating case in the thane court but thay have brought a stay order.
I need major help for my brother ,Im begging you guys to help me coz my brother is innocent and is paying for something he didnt do,Infact he took so much care of her he was the one to get her medical help when her parents were not bothered to see how she was and now they are fighting for money ,Inspite of all these he asked them to give her a/c nbr so he can deposit the money ,they are fighting that it be given by cash,Please help.
