Dear sir/Madam,
I have been married in May 2009.My grandparents had a house which is being occupied by their 3 sons out of which one is my father. Now they are going to sell the house which is not a registered property on their (my father & his brothers) name. Will I get any share in this house as grand daughter .If so what will be my share?
The house is still registerd on my grand parents and no will has been created by them.

whether a Hindu married person can marry a hindu widow without giving divorce to his first wife ? Is it possible if consent is taken from first wife
I have suited file against my wife for diverse
My wife is also suited file against maintenance in kalyan & Pimpari court
However my wife & I are agreed for diverse by paying one time amount
Notwithstanding we have to take diverse in LEWAPANCHYAT by paying cash
Above diverse will take on stamp paper with duly signed by PANCH
I am taking in writing that Son has no right in my property with signed by wife
I get one kid whose take care my wife
Can any one tell me is it legal & any controversy rise in future?

Upon the death of a male hindu unmarried and issueless whether his full blood brother alone will succeed his properties or two half-blood brothers will also share his properties along with the full-blood brother.
If the Respondent did not respond even after 60 days of Summons being served and after acknowledging the receipt of Summons,
Que.1.What happens on the First Hearing of Bench, in the above mentioned situation, is it the Judges prerogative to grant Ex-Parte or respective Lawyer need to move Ex-Parte request?
Que.2.If Ex-Parte is Granted, how much time does the Respondent get to apply for setting it aside in the High Court or even in the same Court?
