Que.1.What could be the reasons of a Divorce case dismissal by Family Court Judge after 4 hearings (nothing happened except dates) in those 4 hearings? Any Remedy or Solution for this Situation(No Lawyers for both sides).

Sir/Madam,
I am Hindu & resident at Pune. My wife has suit filed against me for maintenance at Kalyan & Pimpari court in Maharashtra. I also suit filed against her for getting diverse on cruelty ground at Pune Court.
We have taken written on stamp paper these cases are withdrawn by her & me.
Customary diverse has been taken before punch.
I want know what should I do if I have to withdraw case from Pune Court?
My wife also withdraw case from Kalyan court against maintenance & Pimpari court for maintenance under domestic violence act 2005.
I will have to written apply to Pune court with diverse paper duly attested then the said case will be withdrawn by my signed.
In Pimpari & Kalyan court my wife will withdraw case by her signed.
Court requires my signed on withdraw application?
Can any one me guide on above procedure?

My Grandfather had quite a few pieces of Land. Being the only son, my father got everything to his name. I have an elder brother. I was not taking any interest in the ancestral properties that we had and reecently got to know that my father and my brother have already sold off some of the lands and no one informed me. when i asked about this they ignored me and they are not even telling me what all prperties my grandfather had, I never paid any attention to all this as I was trusting my father and my brother. What i want to know is what can i do to stop my father and my brother from selling any more properties, I do not know all the properties, so can i get some kind of stay on sell in any of the central location? or do i have to list each of the property separately. 2nd : is there anything that i can do to recover my share of the sell value form the properties that are already sold off.

I got the visitation right from family court. Based on the order, when i visited my wife house , she did not allow to see my daughter who is 10 yr old.
She also applied writt petition in the high court and asking to quash the lower court child visitation order and also asking high court to stop the matrimonial proceedings at family court.
No stay has been given.
We have filed the counter affidavit and waiting for the date from high court. There is no movement from their side also at high court.
At the same time she is not attending the family court by saying one or other reasons. Even judge asked her to file the objection , but she filed her objection after eight months.
Can i ask high court to give a proper direction to the family court to speed up the mc proceedings.
My lawyer says i am being a respondent, i can not put pressure in the high court and asking for the date.
Kindly suggest.

In a divorce matter, can we ask the court to send a notice to the bank to produce the details of a account of the second party ?

hello sir,
i have married since 2 yrs. i m facing cruelity mental torture by my wife. i have shown to psychiatrist and counsellor and in nimhans central institution for family therapy.first psychiatrist told it as personality disorder,second as adjustment disorder third in nimhans told as marital discord. .she is not ready for further therapy but torture me abuse me, no cohabitation for 9 months etc.. i have few doubts.since 2 yrs she is staying with me in same house. my parents staying in different place of karnataka.she is from mumbai. before sending divorce petition , i want to send notice to her and copy to her father saying all details and give them time period to reply.few doubts i have. can they come for talk? can she put 498 against me? if so vl she put in a same place where we both are staying? or can she go to mumbai and file a case?should she appoint a lawyer to answer my notice? she has 2 more sisters to be marry.. i know we cant tell what happens but ur experienced so u can predict.she is doctor but not working now but if she goes for work she vl get good salary. i m also doctor.her father also doctor.he is avoiding to come and discuss the issues always says he is busy. once he thretened me to send me jail etc.he scared about his prestige in mumbai. pls if u have time reply me. thank u.

Respected sir,
My daughter in law has filed DV/DIV/498A
filed against my son and we have filed Custody/Criminal complaint u/s200 and sumonning order issued u/s 193 of IPC and DP3 also in which FIR has been registered.
We have also filed an appeal in session for maintenance of the child in DV and sec.24 has been dismissed.
But I came to know a day before yesterday, she has withdrawn her divorce
petition. I donot know the reason for the withdrawal though I have applied for the order and her statement.
Sir, kindly tell me that wheather her withdrawal is benificier or it will giver me the bad effect on my rest cases.
Secondly can I claim my expenditure incurred during divorce proceeding for last two years.
Next as i have filed in session for fixing maintenance of the child as I am the aggreived with the order of the ACJM.
Now on the date of hearing will the other party will supply the reply or on this date ADJ , will issue the orde, after going through my petition .
