Please help me to know the answers of my below querries as i am not able to undestand the answers as hereunder:
1.As i had already taken AB from the court is this helpfull in this case and avoid any kind of arrest of me and mine Family members.Since she is not living with me from past more than 4 month. She is living in her parent house.
2. Can police arrest mine family members in any case. or can i take some precautions to save them and as well as me?
3. She has taken all her jewellery with her and the same was kept in her Bank named Locker in SBI. And me and mine family was not aware about this never asked on this issue with my wife.
In court ,Still she can asked with all this.Because this costing a heavy amount which mine family has purchased for her with Branded Jewellery House. How should i save myself from this trouble. Any remidies for this.
4. As i had not taken any single passa from mine wife Salary. even though she is claming that we had taken all her money.I dont know on what basis she is saying all this. What all evidences she is having on saying the above. Even though i had paid all the rent of that house. But mine landlord was not giving me rented slip for this. But i having Bank transaction and some bills and information which help me a lot.
5.We have NO Child.
6.Can you please tell me the fast resolution method to come out from this. As per my wife intension they want me to harrass in all the way. They are not ready to compromise on any ground i am ready to pay the allimony and expenses which were happened in the marriage. But they are not ready on this nor they want to divorce me at any cost.
Is there is any way out to come and close this. As i am happeming a lot.
7. Is there is any probs which can come into mine professional carrer. If yes please let me know.

my father and mother expired in 2008. my grandmother(father's mother) is alive , and i have one younger sister. we are two children for my parents.my sister wants me to take possession of my father's and mother's properties.my question is whether my grandmother is also legal heir of my parents.who are all legal heirs in this case.how to proceed further for obtaining a succession certificate.do i need to take certificate regarding the number of children my parents had from the M.R.O (MANDAL REVENUE OFFICER).please advice me as soon as possible.

hello sir,my 2 queries.1 once i send a divorce notice can i get anticipatory bail before she lodges fir/498.there are lots of possibilities she can file as earlier she and her father uttered word of complaint etc.
2. should i pay her court proceeding charges .she is doctor.not working now.her father is doctor.

When my sister came to paternal home in Mar'2009, she explained all her agony due to continuous DV by her Husband & mother-in-law.We requested her husband to come once for discussion & to solve the matter, but he denied and instead filed a petition for RCR in a family court which is in a different state (The boy works at that town and he is a daily passenger from my sister's matrimonial home. He stated a lot of false info in the petition like they live in that town in a rented house and etc etc. Whereas in 3 yrs of their marriage my sister has never gone to that place.
But instead of taking any legal step, we decided to go to his home with my sister with some of our gurdians and to save the marriage by discussion.
He agreed to stop DV & to settle the RCR petition infront of everybody. Ever since, my sister is staying with her husband till date. But he has neither stopped DV nor settled RCR.
What should I do if
(i) I want to take extreme legal action against him?
(ii) stop him legally from doing DV & to keep peace in their married life so that my sister does not cry ever after?

A mohammedan expired died intestate leaving behind his wife,3 minor childeren,one major daughter and mother.He was waving a gold loan account with a bank.The legal heirs above mentioned moved a application to redeem the gold ornaments in the name of the deceased mohammedan.
The problem is there are no apparent "Natural Guardian" to act on behalf of minor childeren in this case and hence bank find it difficult to release the gold ornaments to legal heirs.The father of the deceased died intestate without appointing a gurardian for the minors.
Apart from going to court to appoint natural guardian for minors,is there any way to solve this as to release the gold to mother of minor childeren.
what adequate proctection the bank has to take to release gold to mother ie:wife of the mohammedan

What are the latest guidelines regarding obtention of Succession Certificate? The applicant holds Legal Heirship Certificate and there is no dispute in the family as there is implied and express consent from all the legal heirs

Can a Case u/s 9 (RCR) of Hindu marriage act be withdrawn in the second hearing as it was about to be pronounced Ex-Parte?

During a divorce proceding, can a wife go to in-laws residence and stay legally? What legal actions they can take? Or is there any section, using which wife can ask the permission to the court to stay at in-laws home? wife is not interested in divorce but husband has filed it.

I brief a case. Deceased a government pensioner did not include his second wife legal heir. First wife predeceased him and 3 boys are born to the first wife. One daughter was born to the second wife. All the children of the deceased consented to include the step mother as one of the legal heirs and Legal Heirship is issued including all the five surviving legal heirs of the deceased. What is the procedure to claim family pension with arrears for the second wife. The claimant has to obtain Succession Certificate from Court for pension claims. Please advise.

Transfer petition
Hi
This is Ravi, I have filed diverse case in local court(Andhra) first and my respondent lives in Bangalore. She went to Supreme court for transfer the case to Bangalore. This was happened in 6 months ago. I have received the summons recently from SC stating that "If I have any objection not to transfer the case to Bangalore you may contest" and I should respond with in one month. I live in Singapore and I am Ok to go to Bangalore. Because of my job I am not able to attend the SC. Is there any way to convey the message to SC I am ok to transfer without filing any Vakhalat or If I am unable to reply will there be any penality.
Some one suggest me.
