MY WIDOW MOTHER OWNED ANCESTRAL ( MY FATHER'S AND HIS FATHER'S)PROPERTY AND SHE DIED IN 1995. THE PROPERTY WAS IN HER NAME AFTER MY FATHER'S DEATH. I AM THE ONLY SON AND HAVE A MARRIED SISTER. NOW THE PROPERTY IS ALREADY TRANSFERED IN MY NAME AFTER MY MOTHER'S DEATH. I SOLD THIS PROPERTY IN 2008. NOW CAN I SHOW THE SALES PROCEED RECEIVED AS MY H U F CAPITAL GAIN?
SOME ONE TOLD ME THAT FROM A LADY IF THE PROPERTY IS RECEIVED TO ANY MALE MEMBER (SON) CANT FORM H U F?
IS IS NECESSARY THAT THE PROPERTY SHOULD COME FROM A MALE MEMBER IN MY HANDS TO FORM A H U F? MY FAMILY CONSIST OF ME + WIFE AND 2 SONS.

I married a lady with 4 yrs old daughter after her divorce from court against mutual consent. My wife and myself both are govt employee. I want to know, how to adopt my wife's daughter so that she enjoys all the benefits from my side. please give the detailed procedure for adoption. I am a retired teacher of 62 years old
In oct.1919 my sister in law field a case aginst her husband.fatherinlaw,motherinlaw my wife(siter of her husband)and me U/S 498a and 406
since then the case is under trial and the statment of my sisterinlaw is not yet completed.
I want to know from the experts.
1. Can I proceed my case to fast track court being senior citizen what will be the proceedure

Ever since I joined Madras Law College to take up Law Study, I had a serious doubt in my mind as to the Bigamy Laws in the country. Since I did not take up Advocate's profession as a full fledged career, I never got any opportunity to get the legal position clarified. The issue is Bigamy laws are very strict in our country for Government or Public Servants only as they are even denied with the Service Benefits if they commit bigamy. Even if he/she is a family pensioner, he/she needs to submit Non-Remarriage certificate to claim even Pension.
MY QUESTION IS: How our People's Representative (MPs/MLAs/Ministers)who are the Law makers of our land can commit the same act of Bigamy and still get recognized by the Law of the Land to claim and enjoy all service related benefits. I may please be corrected if I have misunderstood the basic tenets of Bigamy Laws.

DV, 498a & crt
My Wife Had filed case in family court for restitution of congugal rights in family court & Maintenance in family court.
now today she had again filed case for DV act 2005 & 498a is pending for trial.
now i wanted to know whether these case can run because in both she is asking for compensation
can u let me know more on this how should i avoid DV & let the case be continue in Family court
one more thing i would like to add that in DV she had put my mother & sister in law name also, so my mother & sister in law wanted to go outside india for vacation for 2 months as my brother is out of india. wat is the procedure so that she can go out of India. Plz advise
now my wife family members are calling me up & assulting on telephone that they will threating me & my family members for their life. i had put NC in Police station 2.5 years back & again they have started this threating. can i put NC again in Police staion & Put case again their famliy members in Court.
Under which section can i put case?
if i can put case against them, will this case affect my 498a, DV & crt case? in what way. or this case again them will not be positive for their case as she had mentioned in her application for mental harraement & attact from my side.? plz Help & give me the path against their harresment.
