July, 2008 saw the death of owner's father who accompanied by owner's brother / family had been residing in independant house in NCTD with written understanding that any body living with the father, during his lifetime, would not have any right to stay in the premises after July, 2008;
But, the brother / family, has been continuing to possess / enjoy the residence without any permission / express consent of the owner, so far, simply because the owner does not want to disrespect his elder greedy brother, who has manipulated Father's property, leaving nothing to be bequeathed by father, during their living together, thereby depriving all other legal heirs of their legitimate rightful share in the assets / property of the deceased father, who did fear such manipulations, as recorded in his registered deed of cancellation of all such documents / attorneys, that might have been got signed by the greedy brother;
How can justice prevail in trhe absence of better senses with such greedy brother ?

i am in great need of your advice on the following case:
i was living with my husband for last 2.5 yrs during which i was earning and taking care of all the expenses, all the furniture and everything in the house is bought by me. he was never serious about his job. he could not serve one organisation for more than 5/6 months. During these 2.5 yrs, he was handling his father's business for 7 months and then his father asked us to leave due to some fight between them. for 3 months he was not working anywhere. then he joined a company and later changed atleast 5 companies and during this period, he was not working for a continous period of 4 months, again.
in this duration, we hv had a no of fights and i was always illtreated by him. so, i decided to take divorce from him.
we decided to file mutual divorce. the case has been filed in the court & the same day my husband & his lawyer told us to take whatever belongs to me & leave what belongs to them... we did the same.
but now he and his parents are saying that they have taken our belongings and ornaments and we will file coplaint against them...but we have only taken what belongs to us. i need to know that is there any possibility to claim and file FIR against each other, after mutual divorce is demanded.
Do give the right direction?
thanks

hi friends,
recently we have filed a case of mutual divorce...
under this there are certain clauses:
1. we have exchanged all the things and nothing is left to be claimed as there are no liabilities left on each other.
2. as this case is filed on mutual understanding between the two parties, none of the parties will file any case against each other, in future.
Queries are:
even after these clauses are included in the mutual divorce, is there a possibility
1. to claim anything from the other party, as my -in laws are claiming now, after the case has been filed
2. can any of the two parties file any FIR on each other
3. the court has asked us to come after six months, what if one of us didn't turn up
